the Sagem MY X-5 mobile phone is low price - many possibilities!
This mobile phone rocks! The high quality sound (wav, Midi, iMelody included!) and the colour display will take this mobile phone into the upper class! The costumation functions are unbeatable. But: you'll need to have a data cable to use all the functions the My X-5 offers. It would take too much time to describe all the features.
But one thing is for sure: I highly recommend it!… Read Full Review

The Sagem MY-X-5 is a great phone for the current price. Good quality sound and good battery life. No downloading ringtones or wallpapers, just data cable them across. On The otherhand there is a little echo on hands free, and the vibrate is a little weak… Read Full Review

For the price (£140 inc. £15 airtime from Virgin) the Sagem MY X-5 is a cracking little mobile phone. The navigation is easier than my last nokia, which seems like a brick by comparison (3years old now).
There are some strange ringtones with only one 'normal' one (sonar & boathorn are great:), but you can have any sound you like, data cables only £10 or download via the phone… Read Full Review

This Sagem MY X-5 mobile phone is great. I've only had it an hour and I can already find my way round the menus (it's that easy) unlike some phones I've had in the past. The backgrounds are great and the Ringtones are fab too. The MY X-5 is also a nice little looking phone (not a brick) and I would recommend it to everyone… Read Full Review

The Sagem MY X-5 is an excellent mobile phone. Recently had a Nokia 3310 and a Nokia 5510, so I was unsure about this because the menus and features would be different. However, within less than an hour I had figured out how to use most of the functions. As for most of the other reviews, I have never had a problem with calls, I am with Virgin Mobile, and every call has been perfect. The only problem is, is when texting in ABC mode, the keys don't often respond as quick as the Nokia phones… Read Full Review

reading some of the other reviews of the Sagem MY X-5 mobile phone, a lot of people seem to have problems with this phone but I can't say I have..i guess it solely depends on which network you are using it on - I'm using T-Mobile in the UK and I don't get any dropouts at all - wherever I am.
As for ringtones and graphics: if you can get hold of a data cable goto www.sagem.com and download their beta tone/logo transferrer. It enables any wav/midi file or some graphics to be transferred - so… Read Full Review

Hello. I had already posted a review of this phone... and it is an excellent phone. But the phone has SERIOUS problems holding on to a call. The phone keeps dropping calls after about a minute... couldnt even hold on to the call I made to Orange Customer Support!!
I was offered a replacement.... DONT ACCEPT ONE! If you do within 28 days of purchase, you will forfeit the right to an alternative model, and you cannot get a refund/cancel your contract. Orange made this point to me- good… Read Full Review

Im on my second mobile now and both phones indicate strong signals but dont hold onto the network - result that you cant receive or make any calls or texts. I also have a problem in that some text messages received send the phone into a cycle where it says it is sorting text messages and the only way to make it stop is to remove the battery which is not too handy. There have also been occasions when the phone will end calls after about a minute and has resulted in me being forced to use a… Read Full Review

The Sagem my X-5 is an excellent little mobile phone for the price. At thirty quid from Orange, if you're on a talk plan, it's a bargain.
In practical use, it's easy to use and the menus are very nicely laid out. The sound quality is reasonable and I didn't lose a call at all. The speakerphone feature is really handy too.
The colour screen makes a nice change, although it can be a little hard to use in very bright light.
The keys, while not as teeny as those on a phone like the Nokia 8210… Read Full Review
