    The seat pitch and maintenance of the aircraft was good.
    The in-flight entertainment was good, with a wide range of films, TV programs, games, etc., available on demand. You can also pause, rewind and fast forward the films - very useful.

    It is an absolute pleasure to fly with Malaysia airlines. My first ever flight with them was in Aug 2003 from Auckland to London return.
    I have flown with them a few times since then.

    After such impressive flights MAS is defintely my favourite airline. Absolutely top notch service in all areas ...

    Last November I flew to Australia with Malaysian Airlines. The first leg of the flight to Kuala Lumper was 13 hours and then the second leg to Melbourne was a further 9 hours and I was not looking forward to spending this amount of time sat on an aeroplane.     Malaysian Airlines Airline is really superb. Its so comfy and big enough for the legroom! the airliners always put on their smile and are very tactful in giving their services. Its clean on board and the best food served in the air ever.

    I have flown with many airlines; Malaysian Airlines is always my favourite. the staff are very friendly and attentive. A good selection of food, entertainment options and a good range of local and international magazines are available making long haul flight less boring.

    My experience of Malaysian airlinse from start to finish was first class, couldn't fault in any way. Food excellent, cabin crew polite and attentive, seats very comfortable, entertainment was great and included seat back tv screen with nintendo games to play. Hope to fly with them again soon.

    From the moment you step on board a Malaysian Airlines flight, you are made to feel most welcome. Impeccable service with a smile. A good selection of well presented and good quality meals are on offer. With good wine !! Drinks are readily available.
