A 4 hour wait at Gatwick to check in. As the company that Thompson sub contract to had problems with the IT system. No Thompson reps around. Just got back from my cruise on Thomson Spirit booked via Thompson Holidays. Had a fab time.Cabin was on 4th deck which was ideal.Lots to do on board.Food great and all staff very friendly
