misleading advertisement one might aswell travel directly as no Thomson Holidays customer care or help and treat as a number not a passenger/customer

We went with Thomson to a villa in Florida. The flights were uncomfortable - not enough pillows or blankets for everyone, they ran out of water, and of course if you want to watch a film when you want to you have to "upgrade" for an extra £5 each. Just getting the family to sit together cost ...

Just come back from Santa Ponsa, Majorca with Thomson Holidays. We stayed in rey don jaime hotel, it was fantastic the food was a good selection, the hotel was very clean, the entertainment was fantastic, would recommend to everyone.

I have always used Thomas Cook, but this time wor our wedding in Greece Thompsons were twenty pounds cheaper per flight and with fivteen tickets required it added up to a saving. I wish now i had not used them.
