Just returned from holiday in Ibiza. We stayed in Es Cana at the Inviso Eresa, what a great holiday we had. We travelled with our grandson ,who I might add is a fussy eater, but we always found something for him to eat. The quality and range of food was fantastic!

I thought Thomson were a let down, have used them over twenty years, will never use them again. Long flight delays both ways. I arranged a family get away to Majorca in 2007, for my pregnant sister, my parents, my partner and myself. I booked a 'premier' villa, which is supposed to be one of their more luxury properties.

I have a common name which is easy to spell. However, my name has been misspelt twice (on the itinerary for the last 2 holidays booked). Also, transfer ticket stated a different hotel on most recent booking. Obviously names on tickets should match those on passports. Very frustrating to have to keep ...

This was the first time we've used Thomson and it is certainly the last, ten of us went to Mexico for my daughters wedding we spent a lot of money, the travel agents messed it up from the start, rooms double booked for father and daughter the tickets were lost. One had the wrong name.
