The food on board the flight was fantastic. I am normally so used to the 'drab' and tasteless airline food that I was pleasantly surprised to get gourmet quality. Their attendants are really well trained.

1. Despite advertising a seven day turnaround for refunds, mine has taken 6 months so far.
2. Due to unexplained "technical reasons" our flight was delayed 24 hours.
3. Virgin staff had told certain passengers that they should just go to the front of the queue for hotel vouchers. This annoyed me.
