Going out to Tobago from Gatiwck was not bad. Returning was awful. Took off around 9pm.2 hours late leaving after being in the airport for 3 hours in temperatures of 45c, stood on the runway while they sorted out the refueling, didn't know how much had been taken onboard!

The outbound flight from Heathrow to JFK was a total and utter disaster.
