General points = late departure and condition of aircraft was very tatty.

I have flown virgin many times - but if they want to keep their customers they should wake up and make it slightly more comfortable. (more leg room is a must and it shouldn't just be for people who have pots of money )

Good airline, much better than the cheaper airlines to Orlando (such as excel airways, thomsonfly etc). Service is much better and you definitely get what you pay for.
