What a great experience! Food was absolutely terrific (even took pictures of it!), comfort was not quite as good as things were tight, but it was well worth it. We took our Parents aged 75,72, to get checked in upon arrival we took no hand carrys because of the weight we were carrying and them being elderly. Once Virgin Atlantic Airways get your money, they have no care for customer service after. The last 4 flights I have taken wth Virgin, in total I have been delayed for 25 hours .. a whole day and more... they don't care.
For this reason we will never fly Virgin again. It's not like it was just once ...

booked online direct with virgin from Gatwick to Orlando
paid premium economy both ways.
cramped uncomfortable seats not worth the money for the extra £150 total was £600!!!!

Surely I have discovered the worst aircraft food ever, this from a diner who has consumed an Easyjet tuna sandwich that was so dense I wonder how the aircraft took off with such a heavy load in the galley.
