This was our first transatlantic fligtht with Virgin, although we are regular visitors to Florida. Although we would not rule out travelling with them again, I would hope that at least some of the above mentioned problems would have been resolved.

Our flight from JFK NY to Heathrow London was delayed 5 hours on 14th of June.
In plane they said that their staff would set our connecting flights and accommodation if needed, but it never happened.

I will fly with Virgin again as the service and staff was fantastic. Would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Even travelling in Economy is comfortable with reasonable leg room. Great kids packs and handouts.
