We flew back from a wonderful holiday in Antigua on Virgin Atlantic. They served us a salad starter just after take off and my wife found a very large beetle in her salad. We immediately reported it the cabin crew, who appeared to take the matter very seriously. We filled in all sorts of forms and ...

I last flew Virgin Atlantic Airways to LHR some 13 years ago, promised I'd never fly them again but they did it to me again! Economy seats are the smallest in the biz as I flew back this way, not nice, food better than average but I had a scottish salmon and caviar salad at Heathrow before I depart ...

Premium Economy seats are spacious and tilt back further than ordinary seats. There is early boarding so you do not have to wait in departure lounge for long. Whilst waiting for other passengers to board downstairs, champagne and papers are provided. The middle aisle is wide and there is plenty of ...

The meals weren't as good as we had expected for such a pricey upgrade to get to Premium Economy - I'm glad that they have lowered the prices now. I have flow with Virgin Atlantic on 2 holidays. My first was in 1998 when I went to Orlando from Manchester with my gran+grandad+mum+dad+brother. It was great. The staff on board were excellent. The food was superb. The drinks were just as good. They make you feel right at home onboard! Even though ...

I thought the flight home to England from Australia with Virgin Airlines couldn't be worse than the flight there. I had enjoyed my holiday in Australia and the weather was great. But when I got to the airport I almost had a heart attack. On the board it said that my flight had been cancelled. I went ...

I won these flights with Virgin Airlines as a prize so we booked a week in a villa in Orlando and set off from Gatwick. We had use of the Virgin lounge with continental breakfast, drinks, tv, cinema, playstations, fitness equipment.
The lounge on the aircraft was about 20 by 12 feet at widest point ...

The Virgin Airlines flight from Heathrow to Los Angeles was excellent from start to finish. Both myself, my husband and two children were happy with everything from start to end of journey. Would definitely recommend them and travel with Virgin again.
