Total disgrace of a company and customer service, two months for a dishwasher then delivered randomly not even told its being dispatched. Nobody answers the phone or online messages tried to cancel order but no one to contact?? Total and utter joke or a company. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY READ ALL REVIEWS ON EVERY SITE ITS TERRIBLE!!!!

delivered a tv with stand missing. spent 3 days ring customer service just to get recorded message all the time. no customer service staff. Emailed them 3 times but no reply. They take your cash and run. Do NOt use these people. Go to an established retailer instead. Wasted £270 now had to get PayPal involved

A great service from the start. Very helpful guy on customer service line. Everything went smoothly without a hitch. Delivery was well within the one hour slot and all packaging was taken away which is such a bonus. Would defo use this company again.

I searched the net for the best price and delivery option available, and electrical 123 came to the top of the list. I was slightly hesitant to order such a large item off ebay, but went ahead anyway. The ordering process was quick and simple. I was update via email daily keeping me in the loop as to the progress of my order. I was then notified via email and text regarding time slot of delivery. Delivery men arrived on time and were extreamly polite.they went the extra mile to protect my carpets as it was a rainy day (i didnt ask them to,as with previous delivery men from other companys just trod right in with their mucky boots-so i was expecting mud to be driven into my carpets) but to my surprise,the very thoughful delivery guys had shoe covers!!! Top notch. Well done electrical 123

THE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLANT. I ORDERED MY DISHWASHER ON THE SATURDAY AND SELECTED TUESDAY AS MY DELIVERY DATE. I RECEIVED A EMAIL ON MONDAY SAYING IT HAD BEEN DESPATCHED AND ANOTHER IN THE EVENING GIVING ME A TIME SLOT. THE ITEM ARRIVED ONTIME AND WELL PROTECTED. THE TWO DELIVERYMEN UNPACKED THE DISHWASHER, HAD ME INSPECT IT FOR DAMAGE AND THEN TOOK ALL THE UNWANTED PACKAGING THEM. "BRILL". I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Outstanding communication from order confirmation to despatch and delivery. The guys delivering could not have been more helpful and we had been given a 1 hour slot - they arrived 3 minutes after the start time of 0905 having already made other deliveries and driven 200 miles. This was a Liebherr fridge freezer and total cost was more than £80 cheaper than John Lewis online. I wish some of the big brand retailers who complain about losing market share would learn from this company.

needed a new washing machine, researched reviews and prices, emailed electrical123 and they not only matched but beat best price I had found including removal of old machine and delivery by a further £9, ordered friday morning and delivered next day. They text a one hour delivery slot the night before, then call you 5-10 mins before arrival. Fab! The delivery men were polite, good humoured, removed old machine and brought in new one, unwrapped and removed all packaging and voila! new machine ready to roll! Cannot fault this company, their prices, staff and dellivery - will definately be using in future and have already recommended to friends and family

I now have my dishwasher for over 6 months so feel I've given it time to throw up any faults and can only say I'm delighted with it. The delivery/condition was excellent. I plumbed it in myself (and I'm a not so young girlie!). The instructions are confusing but 123 and Hotpoint will give you help. PERFORMANCE; The first month or so were satisfactory, but then I began to get dirty washes. The answer was always use rinse aid even if using tablets. I always use the rapid wash for everything except saucepans which need a scouring and have a shiny wash in half an hour. For those with a smaller space it is perfect and I'm so pleased I got it. Good value too.

Ordered a Beko Freezer on Sunday and chose Thursday for our delivery day, allthough early delivery days where available. Received an email on Wednesday saying delivery would be between 8:05 and 9:05, at 8:30 received a phonecall to say they will be arriving in 10 minutes. When the Freezer arrived, all the packaging was removed and taken away, allowing close inspection of the product, very pleased, excellent delivery service backed up by good prices for the product in the first place. will definitely use Electrical123 again in the future.

I ordered a new TV on Christmas Eve from Electrical 123 as it offered the lowest price with free delivery. It was delivered on the Friday after Christmas. I was kept updated throughout this period by email and text and was given a one hour time slot for when the delivery was made. In fact the delivery was about 2 hours earlier than this but in fairness, the driver did 'phone ahead to ask if the earlier time would be OK. I cannot fault this service and am very happy with my purchase.

We ordered a vacuum cleaner and were delivered..... a coffee maker! When finally getting through to someone, after holding on for a very long time, and having to choose the 'Sales' option on the call as the customer service option is never answered, I was promised a call back which..... yes, you've guessed, never came. During the initial call, the young man pointed out that we were not the only people to have complained, that day, that they had been delivered the wrong item. Rang again the next day. Similar experience, except that first call was cut off with a recorded apology that they were unable to put me through - all after holding on for ages. All the second young man was able to do was to take a message to ask someone to ring me back. So here I am, still waiting. With carpets I can't clean and an unwanted coffee maker sitting in my kitchen. I'm feeling pretty angry as you can imagine, especially as I have now had a 'Final Receipt' emailed to me! Use them at your peril. Seems great if they get it right but if not, you'll have a hell of a difficult and expensive job trying to sort it out.

Lec larder fridge 5010W - Fridge broke. No local store to buy one, hence getting online. Originally ordered from another store, on a Sunday, for Wednesday delivery. After paying it became apparent it was delivery a week Wednesday :( Order cancelled. Not come across Electrical 123 before. After going through the comparing prices process again and finding out no one else could deliver in the next couple of days (well they could, but only after charging hefty extra amounts which were not shown clearly on websites under the 'free delivery' banner) I placed my order. I was delighted to find that when they said they could deliver on Tuesday they really meant it! The product price was as good as I'd previously seen, the recycling cost was £2.99 more but that was greatly outweighed by being told I'd get a 90 minute delivery slot e-mailed to me the night before. As it turned out I was given a 60 minute slot and in fact they were 30 minutes earlier :) The driver rang to inform me they were earlier. Goods arrived well packaged. The delivery team were polite, friendly and helpful. Gave me chance to inspect goods, explained about leaving the fridge to 'settle' before plugging in and took old fridge away. I am very impressed with this experience and will definitely be using them again.

This company is the best I have come across in respect of customer service. I purchased a Panasonic microwave from them nearly a year ago. Unfortunately it developed a fault. I rang Electrical 123 and they arranged and paid for transportation to the Panasonic authorised repairs. They then organised its return to me. Unfortunately the repairers caused damage to the microwave door (so much for authorised repairers!). Electrical 123 organised its collection and a new replacement of my choice - without any questions or hassle! I was asked to select a delivery day which was the confirmed by email. I then received an email stated the time it would be delivered and it was spot on!! The staff have all been helpful and polite. I would certainly recommend them, their prices are good, no delivery charges and the follow up service superb! Many thanks to the Customer Service Team at Electrical 123. I will purchase from you again.

Ordered a tumble dryer, was kept informed re delivery time/date so no unnecessary 'waiting in all day' I did have a problem as the dryer was dented on the top, I e mailed electricals 123, their response was very quick, customer service was second to none, they arranged for an engineer to visit, all in all, a very positive experience :)

The item was exactly as said on web site, the deliverly was eariler then said.The deliverly men were very nice let me inspect the cooker before taking packing away would recommend this company to friends mrs bannocks essex.

Terrible customer service. They are charging us twice to have an old appliance taken away, because they said the old fridge was too big to be removed. Never heard so much rubbish! They just couldnt be bothered to take it.

Bought a tv online. Got the CityLink delivery number. Waited in the following day only to be called and told it wasn't in stock. Asked for a refund which was agreed. No refund. No replies to e-mails. Had to to claim against the credit card company in the end. How on earth they can supply a citylink number when it was actually in stock is beyond me.

Ordered on Wednesday at ten a.m. Delivered on Thursday one thirty p.m. Kept informed by e mail about order and delivery times . Delivered in the agreed time slot with no extra charge .drivers polite and placed dishwasher in the kitchen and took away all packaging . Would defiantly use this company again.

I bought a radio from electrical 123 - the service was great - best price - delivered quickly - recently one of the buttons stopped working and they replaced the radio straight away -very happy with the company and service

To follow up my earlier review and to be fair to 123 Electrical, they have now exchanged the wrongly delivered item with the vacuum cleaner we ordered. Once I was able to get through to a manager, he was very efficient in addressing this and I am now a satisfied customer.
