I would like to say how great the staff are at Liverpool branch,in particular a manager there who was so helpful ,it's so refreshing to find this these days ,well done primary,and thank you to the manager.

i went into primark in ayr today to look for a quilt cover,i found the staff to be helpful and friendly and although there were 4 people in front of me the queue went down fast and i was served quite quickly.I think they could do with re arranging the gents department and try different things for sale at the till point as you tend to pick up when you are in the queue. the staff in the ayr store are very pleasant and friendly but i hate the way security sit right at the door its offputting but i know they have a job to do i would have liked to see a household display near the entrance to show what they had in stock 0494005418594

We have a Primark store in Oldham Lancashire, i visit the store around once a month as I have always found the tills qeues to long anyway last Saturday (Easter)it was early hardly anyone around so i nipped in got a few items and headed for the tills, wish i had not bothered! There was about 9 peple in front of me and quite a few behind me! ONLY 1 TILL OPEN (it was the same up stairs)after about 5 minutes someone else came on to a till by this time there was now about 15 people behind me waiting to pay, on the shop floor you could see other members of staff catting to each other, laughing and walking around, no one seemed to be doing much'Work' hen i got to the till there was no 'sorry' to keep you, infact nothing was said, she just tilled in my goods, there was a'manager' to the right of me when i said you have only 2 members of staff on tills, lots of other staff seems to be walking about on the staff floor, the manager said well they won' be doing nothing!!! by this time i had qeued for 10 minutes there is now a larger number of people waiting to be served, i was pretty mad! once served I said, it would have been nice to have heard sorry about the wait, i then went onto say the customer service is rubbish and i will not ver o into a primark store again, terrible customer service and i will not ever go into one again

I have done an awful lot of shopping in Primark Portsmouth, mainly for theatre, as when we have needed a dozen white shirts and maybe trus to go with them for a particular scene, Primark is the cheapest way of doing it and have found the staff very helpful when sourcing different sizes or not enough of what I am looking for on the shop floor. As for myself, the odd T>Shirt maybe but I am an older person and Primark tends to be for the youngsters in sizing also. I am still trying to get to Primarks online shopping, if only to check if they have what I am looking for in store as I live near B, Regis and my nearest store is Portsmouth and cost in Petrol!!! and parking!!!! Please improve your online viewing/shopping. I have to agree with the other ladies comments who lives in Oz. Primark would do well in Australia and I have to say when I go shopping in Australia (I am a regular visitor) I do not have to pay parking charges. I can go shopping, for the whole day if I so wish, and not have the stress of change, parking metres, watching time, and worrying about fines. We do not always know how long our shopping is going to take, especially when looking for a gift and the cost of parking added onto that gift!! I return to the UK and immediately feel stressed! Rates are far too high for shops to survive, parking is far too expensive. Decent shopping centres would help! to envourage us to shop!!

I went to a primark shop and got some clothes that Iw anted, now I ould like some more, and was lookig to order over the web. But the website is so rubbish! Icouldn't find what i was looking for let alone order it!!

Hi I live in Australia & recently had a 7 week holiday in the U.K in Blackpool our hometown & shopped at primark & just couldn't believe the good prices & slection I wish you would open shops here you would make millions I dont care if clothes dont last forever as

Primark is shocking, i bought a fur coat from there the other week and its already fell to pieces. Stop being bloody cheap skates people & get your arses to asos.com or topshop. You pay for quality not quantity

Well, I think you will find that infact there is a official website for primark where you can brouse there clothing range but there are no prices on the products, On the website there is a store locator, ethical trading, Future stores and how to apply for a job. On the site you can brouse Menswear, Womenswear, Childrensware and home products.

I'm only writing this review to tell people that Primark don't have a online website as they cost a lot of money for server costs and bandwidth. Have you noticed you never see a Primark advert? That's because they don't spend money on online shops or advertising on TV so their products can be that cheap! Their shops do so well by word of mouth that they don't need to advertise and have an online shop and this is why they do well, as their products are cheap and people keep shopping there.

Anyway, I love Primark and all it's clothes. I got a pair of quality REAL LOOKING Gladiator sandals from there the other day for £3!!!

Website is pointless!!! YOU CANT SHOP THEIR!!!

I cant find any thing on your STUPIED web site! I would defnutly NOT recomend your website to a frieand but i whaould recomend your shop! you dont seem to have a lot of 10-14 sized clothes any more i would rather go to derrys the primark and most of the stuff i bye at your shop breaks if i were you i would take more care of your items that your selling! I would like to know who and where the things are made because other wise we are paying you to pay pore children to make these rubush clothes (exsuse my french!)

primark is ok if you dont mind buying clothes that are gonna fall to bits a few weeks down the line...but other than that theyre great. webiste....what website???? pointless.

i have tried to find primarks website for years now and thought it was just me, but quite clearly it isnt...its a pitty that their website isnt up to date and user frendly beacause they could be making so much more money.Their clothes are awesome and cheap, but the website is terrible...we in 2010, surely you can do something better primark???
