I was very impressed from the moment I called for information on holiday venues. The agent was very interested and asked what my specific requirements were and then matched me with a few hotels,(not over whelming me), discussing them with me and allowing me time to Google them whilst we talking. He took the time to check different flight times & companies, making sure to match things like the cost of leg room to see if it came out cheaper between one airline or another. In speaking to your rep; I said my name which I must use for flying must be at as appears on passport. this is Marie but is a tradition of my birth country to hyphenate a name . My first name is Marie-Pierre. “Booking experience”

The actual booking of my holiday was handled very efficiently by the member of staff, even when I had to call back 15 minutes later and amend the date. My only criticism of the experience was that the holiday was quoted as £369 (not from £369) on Travelzoo and I ended up paying £472.50 per person. I found a holiday advertised to Turkey on the Travel zoo website for £329 + transfers at £20 + luggage at £30 = £379 travelling from BHX on 18th April and was directed to the Qwerty travel website. I phoned Qwerty and was told it was available but the price would be £422 and was told the price on the Travel Zoo website was from Gatwick. I am sorry to hear you found our advert misleading. I have sent you a direct message asking for a bit more information so that we can have a look into this for you.

Occasionally our suppliers prices go up in the time between the advert being placed and the booking being made. This is out of our control and we can only apologise for this.
I am also sorry that your confirmation showed the wrong number of bedrooms but happy that this has now been rectified.

Following the response to my review (initiated by Qwerty Travel themselves) I got in contact with their customer services. I have been really pleased with the way in which Qwerty Travel have dealt with my concerns and their overall after sales service. I will be recommending them to friends and relatives..

we recently booked a holiday with these people but due to unforeseen circumstances some of the party had to cancel due to personal issues. after paying £1400 deposit we thought the people cancelling would just loose there deposit of £100 each, which we accepted.but O NO.our holiday per person went from costing £759.00 each up to £1003.00 each.after contacting them and to be honest they were rather abrupt on the phone,didn't reply to email with a breakdown of the cost which we asked for they… Read Full Review

incorrect number of rooms booked rang to sort this out when the confirmation email arrived could not speak to the booking agent as the persone answering the phone would not deal with my enquiry called back later and the same person answerd but would not deal wth my issue could not get me off the phone quick enough gave the impression that he did not care about problem the price of the holiday was very good but i would not wish to go through the booking process again… Read Full Review

Package price (excluding Qwerty's admin fees) were good but their fees worked out at £10 per peron, which I thought was fairly high. Although the web page does include "Terms & Conditions" they don't make easy reading, and I could not find an exact amount of the fee until late on during the actual booking process. Rang to inquire re holiday on Travelzoo, agent informed me he would ring back next day at 9am and true to his word he did, he was of great assistance answering all my questions nothing was too much trouble.
