When i booked this holiday with Qwerty Travel, they stated it was a 5 star , it was a cancellation so great value for money, I could have it for £428 "should be £699", all inclusive. This was a lie, the experience was terrible and know i am fighting for a return of my momey, this company have no empathy, don't help and avoid anything , even the General Manager isn't interested in customer services. A really good holiday which was excellent value - We had no problems whatsoever. When you come online to read reviews i think most people only come on to write bad reviews and rarely to write good ones so its worth baring that in mind I think.

i booked a holiday with this company back in May for five people due to the failure of kiss I was contacted the very same day by qwerty which i found quite impressive knowing how many people were affected. I should have known it was too good to be true. When i originally booked my holiday i paid extra to upgrade my rooms as i am travelling with a disabled person we needed to be in the main building of the hotel. My wife & I have just returned from holiday in Corfu booked with QWERTY TRAVEL, all travel arrangments were superb,no problems at all. We flew with Easyjet from Manchester, the plane was nearly new.
The hotel was the AQUIS GORDIOS, on an all inclusive basis. We found the accomodation, which was a bungalow lovely, the views across the sea were unbelievable. We used QWERTY travel to book in at the Aquis Agious Gordious Hotel (West Corfu) on a all inclusive basis. There was an initial hassle regarding overlap of hotel dates and flight times/dates. We were due to land at 6.00 a.m. on the tuesday. The hotel was booked from monday to monday, which would have meant the final day and night we would have been without a room! I was very happy with the service Qwerty Travel provided. We travelled at a time when France had Air Traffic Control strikes which caused a lot of delays. Qwerty Travel called my mobile whilst we were on holiday as soon as they were informed that our flight home had been delayed by 7 hours. This gave us time to change our transfere time and saved us hanging around the airport for the additional 7 hours. Kiss flights went into administration and I couldnt afford different flights as went up by 40%. asked for refund on accomoadtion which they accepted less £50 cancellation fee. Have now been waiting over a month for refund, have contacted them on 4 occassions now each time saying the refund has deffinately been processed and should show in your account tomorow (suprise never did). Have you received confirmation that your claim to the CAA for your Kiss flights has been sent by Qwerty. We had two lots of flights go, with Goldtrail and with Kiss, both were booked by Qwerty and were paid for by us, like you we could not afford to buy three lots of flights when Kiss went down and so have lost our holiday. The CAA have no record of our claims being received both of which were sent into Qwerty weeks ago. I suspect Qwerty have a huge back-log and their admin leaves a lot to be desired. Yours and anyone else's comments would be appreciated. We are fearing we will lose an awful lot of money if Qwerty don't submit the paperwork. Comments from Qwerty would also be appreciated as getting through to Admin is impossible and e-mails are NEVER answered, even though that is what they tell you to do.

<br/>Qwerty Travel is a member of the TTA and as a result you can rest assured that you have full consumer protection for any eventuality. I understand and sympathise with your comments relating to my Administrations availability but with so many passengers affected by the recent Tour Operator failures it is indeed incredibly difficult to keep up with the huge call volumes. My apologies.
<br/>I can assure you that we have passed all claims over to the CAA in a timely fashion. It is definitely not in my interest to hold on to any completed claim forms.
<br/>If you still have a specific query please send an email with my name in the subject box and I will make sure I look into it personally.
<br/>On a final note I would like to apologise for the huge inconvenience that these failures have created and like to assure you that I will continue to do my best to avoid any unnecessary delays from my end.

We booked a long awaited holiday to Crete through Qwerty Travel and had all the paperwork and booking confirmations by post - We are traveling tomorrow.
We have just had a call from them today to say the hotel was overbooked and we had been 'bumped off' to another hotel on the Ilsand. Just 16 hours to go before our flight!!

Booked a holiday with qwerty to Corfu, but was cancelled because of the volcanic ash problem, which wasnt their fault. However, since then havehad tp fight to get money back. No customer service at all. they never respond to your emails. I too have been affected by Goldtrail and kiss travel. the holiday to turkey was meant to be my honeymoon. I have found an alternative holiday with first choice but I am still waiting for my hotel refund before I can book my holiday and they cant even tell me when I will get my money.. I think Qwerty Travel should cease to trade as an agent, they treat their customers very badly. We have recently booked a holiday with them, lost our first flights with Goldtrail and second flights with kiss and have waited a week for them to tell us about it. They have ignored all our e-mails have been extremely unsympathetic on the telephone and when asked to fork out another £580 for flights asked to cancel the holiday. <br/>We did everything we could to minimise this for you and unfortunately as our suppliers were charging this, we had to pass this onto yourselves.
<br/>It is with regret this is the situation, but I can assure you that this is widely the case if you are cancelling your arrangements within 24 hours of departure.
