Like many others on here my LG Cookie KP500 phone has a cracked LCD screen after only 4 weeks. Kept in a case and treated carefully - not a mark on the outer screen. Orange were useless - suggesting I had damaged the phone myself.
A shame as it isn't a bad phone - but it clearly has a design problem… Read Full Review

No probs with screen yet (cracked screens being a common problem). Though menu system a bit tricky. My last phone being a Sony Ericsson was much much user friendly. Had a lot of trouble using the search a contact (Sony Ericsson system is a piece of cake). Liked the short cut feature on the SE's - LG Cookie phone takes a while longer. Having a lot of probs with the folder system (for photos and music etc) - see my "Ask a question". Protective film handy but makes screen far less sensitive… Read Full Review

My son bought a LG Cookie from Orange and the screen cracked with 10 days, he didn't drop it, sit on it or hit it with something heavy as the people at Orange suggested, he only kept it in his pocket.
I have contacted LG three times and three times they have said they would send out the paperwork for me to return the phone to be checked but I have never received anything from them, still they've had my sons £98 so why waste any of it on customer service… Read Full Review

Had my LG KP500 Cookie for 2 days and the inner screen has cracked. I have not dropped it, or abused it in any way, just kept it in my handbag ( away from other items!) The phone barely even has any fingermarks on it, let alone any signs of pressure!! I bought it from phones4u online but am going to take it back to one of their shops… Read Full Review

The phone's sound is clear and loud. The phone reacts quickly to requests. I purchased the black LG because it isn't as easy to scratch whereas the pink and the silver are. It is worth the money! The camera facility is of great quality. I've yet to come across any bad points owing to owning the phone for only several days. Up to now i have been totally satisfied and, barring any problems yet to show up, i would be quite happy to purchase another LG KP500 Cookie… Read Full Review

The LG Cookie is a brilliant toucscreen phone. Everyone says if your looking for a cheap touchscreen phone go for this one blah di blah. But this phone has everything, i mean not many people use to internet on their phoes anyway. I have an iPod Touch which uses wifi so i dont need it. And the phone looks really stylish. It feels really nice and smooth in my hand.
Yes it does smudge and scratch easily. But thats easily sorted with a cheap little case. One of the best phones ive ever had and i got… Read Full Review
