    Advanced Internet Technologies - My account has finally been cancelled by AITCOM after several months of delays. The webhosting cancellation was requested in Jan and now in Apr it is finally done but of course they charged me from Jan to Apr and they refuse to admit it was their error. How's this ...

    Advanced Internet Technologies - My email had changed and I suddenly had a $200 charge which took several angry phone calls to resolve with these rude, greedy people who then cut the cord and did not even let me redirect traffic. STAY AWAY!!!!!

    I have been with AIT since March and in that time, I have had 136 tech tickets (it is August 27). At the moment, I have been unable to receive email directed to my domain for over 24 hours. Every time I call them, they tell me that it is in the cue, but nobody seems to be doing anything about it. ...

    A CONTRACT YOU CAN DISTRUST:

    In Jan 2001 they doubled their VH fees from $1.99 to $3.99 . This was announced indirectly two paged down in the Dec Newletter headed "Holiday greeting from AIT". It was not even clearly labeled as a price rise. Just a change of service , along with 10% more space etc ...

    AIT took over 1 year to correct a billing error. They have cut off my account 4 times and it was their fault. I made AIT give me 1 free month for all the hell they put me through but in the process I lost 3 of my best customers to AIT. They went around me and AIT signed them right up. AIT people ...

    Constant billing errors. Not just once in a while, all the time! Hosting with them is not worth the hassle of having to fight with their billing department all the time over billing disputes. And how about their support department? Half the time you never get a straight answer to a problem, let ...

    Their servers are antiquated rubbish, and they have monkeys for tech support! Just call them and you will see! Nobody answering the phone can speak English! The average SAT score at AIT is about 200! Dunces!

    AIT stinks. They have been holding some of our domains hostage for quite some time. They have unreliable tech support and have lost backups of our site. These guys were a big mistake for us. We have since moved a lot to Hostway.com.
