I placed the order, my credit card was charged within 24 hours but unlike other suppliers no message was received in my e-mail box. I would like to apologize for the service you've received so far.

To maintain good prices, we order eyewear directly from our suppliers in Italy and it happens that the model ordered is not available anymore. However all of the frames from our special offers are all in stock and can be shipped within 24 hours after the order was made.

Usually, the accounting department refunds our customers within 24h and it can take 3 days to the bank to confirm it.

Please make sure to send us an email to servicemanager@smartbuyglasses.co.uk with your order ID and we will come back to you ASAP in order to resolve your problem!

Thank you for your comment; we are really sorry that you weren’t truly satisfied by SmartBuyGlasses.

Since we are offering more than 100 000 models in our website we cannot have all the frames on stock. Our average delivery time is three days to three weeks depending on supplier availability. This is due to manufacturer production cycles and stock levels which fluctuate on a real time basis. However all frames from our special offers are in stock, these orders will be then processed within 24 hours.

Unless another optical store currently holds the particular item in stock, they are unlikely to get the item faster than us at a better price.

Brought a pair of Rudy project glasses with prescription lenses. Glasses arrived within 3 weeks, came boxed with papers, looked very original, however one arm had a defect. I emailed customer services and they required photos, these were sent and they admitted the frame had a problem. They gave me awful options, either send frames back only for refund and I keep the lenses or send both frames and lenses back, but I will have to wait up to 4 months until I get a replacement pair.

Ordered some contact lenses in February this year! Untiil today I have not received them! Wrote to them and in the second email they said to me I would receive a discount as this was taking so long! Last email was that they had been sent out and if I didn't receive them now they would refund me! I cancelled the order and have asked for my money back! Have not heard a word! If by next week I have not heard anything, I will report them! Guess the refund will not happen!

Almost immediately I got an email saying that it was being inspected for delivery.
Then nothing for weeks.
No answer to email or phonecalls. I finally managed to get in touch by their online chat. I was told nothing certain, maybe one more week - to their warehouse in Hong Kong.
