I am truly sorry you were disappointed by SmartBuyGlasses.
As stated on our website, the average processing time is 5 to 12 working days as we have to order directly from our Italian suppliers. Due to the large number of listings on our site (we strive to provided the largest selection range in the world) we occasionally will have models that are not available after the customer purchases, this is a very low occurrence rate.
We usually reply to all emails within 24 hours and since you couldn't reach us by phone you could have requested by email to call you back providing your phone number and hours of availability.

“Persol is King!”

Honestly Persol makes the best sunglasses on the market, this is not my opinion, this is PURE FACT. In all seriousness, I am in love with Persol. My Steve Mcqueen editions broke earlier in the year, I thought I could do with out them, but alas I could not. The SoCal sun does not play nice. Simply gorgeous. That is all that I can say about the Persol PO2908V 835 I bought from Smartbuy. “A parasite company with chinese service”

They are everywhere on Internet, UK, USA, Australia, New Sealand, Denmark, Holland. They offer EVERY model of EVERY brand on a nice website. Then you order... My creditcard went through, but was refused by them anyway. My second also but the money was withdrawn from my account. Our global call center is located in Shanghai (one of the largest and fastest growing in the world) which covers our global clients in over 10 languages. Shanghai is one of the fastest growing international cities in the world and is a hub for many leading e-commerce companies.

I really dont know where to start with this company its been 6 months of fustration and incompetenance dealing with SBG or I will call them DBG i'm really that hacked off After ordering a pair of black Adidas prescription glasses in March this year, I was advised there were discontinued and no longer avaible.
