we have stayed many places in cornwall over the years but this stay really topped the biscuit!! After booking the 'apartment' and I use the term loosely more of a tiny chalet, basic facilities, no internet, no cooking facilities, cheap and nasty mattress's, no view whatsoever bare courtyard, I have never been in a prison cell/yard but I imagine it very similar! told we weren't allowed to check in on arrival as they hadn't cleaned from previous visitors and were going shopping and wont be back… Read Full Review

“The grand beach hotel blackpool review ”

We booked a 2 night stay at grand beach hotel blackpool, it was very cheap so we weren't expecting much but did expect it to be liveable. When we first got there we got told that our room was upstairs somewhere on the second floor, there was so many doors and it was dark too so very hard to find. “Really upset and disappointed”

When my credit card was charged it was in emirati dirham and the price was increased by a AED 1000 (£120) due to hidden hotel tax and service charge. When making a reservation on the Booking.com website please be aware that you will be charged in the hotel's own currency and the currency exchange convertor is a feature meant to be used to find out how much you will pay in your selected currency. This information is also stated while you are booking your reservation. Taxes and service charges are also advertised on the Booking.com website and shows whether they will be excluded or included in the advertised price. If you could please provide your booking number I can investigate this further.

“Park & Suites Hotel Divonne les Bains - DIRTY !!”

We recently stayed in this hotel for 7 days/6 nights. Despite their recent policy stated in small print at the bottom of the booking and only available once booked, they DO NOT clean the rooms once a week for periods over 2 or 3 days. During our entire stay our room was not cleaned once! The sheets, towels and bathroom toiletries including toilet paper were never changed or supplied. this is not the first time we encounter problems with their (lack of) cleaning and or other services. The booking number is 436.779.314. I do not receive the emails for this booking directly but would appreciate doing so if there is a way to do it please let me know.

“Inaccurate confirmation”

I booked 2 room for 5 people (4 adults+1 child) with free breakfast. When I reached hotel I got a shock when the reception told me that I booked 2 standard room for two guest with free breakfast and I have to pay for additional guest plus breakfast. I called the booking.com reception to complain about this issue but she was very arrogant and did not listen to my complain. I'm sorry to hear of your experience. Though you may search for rooms that can accommodate a certain number of guests, the rate listed is usually based on a standard occupancy of two guests. “Horrible experience”

The check in was horrible, staff did not speak English. Supervisor on duty was equally unable to expedite the check in. Room was horrible with carpet smell and we were told that the hotel was fully booked. Paid so much money to go to mall yet the hotel/mall offers transport service there for free.
