I made a reservation through Booking.com that needed to be changed. I contacted them through their website and was informed I had to contact the motel directly. I did so and the motel said they could do nothing and only Booking.com could make the change. I once again contacted Booking.com through the website and was told they would contact the motel. They were deceptive. I looked for a hotel that could accommodate 5 people. They advertised the Anaheim Majestic Hotel for 5 occupants. When we got to the hotel they told us it cost $14.00 to park our car and then told us it cost an additional $14.00 dollars day to have an additional bed for the 5 th person. That is unfair and deceptive. $28 per day more than advertised. What a rip off.

we stayed two weeks in mid May, this year. I cannot thank the owner highly enough for the hospitality and the food she had left for us. We found a supermarket nearby. The pizzeria at the corner of the road has amazing pizzas. The best we have ever eaten. I particularly liked the market that is held every Friday morning righy outside our door. Booking,com needs to review properties that it books. He helped us to exit this Property booked due to it's terrible condition. We just went to the Carmel Resort Inn in Carmel California and it is a disappointing dirty, bedbug, roach infested, smelly, poorly maintained, cobbled up plyboard construction with old bent, broken, fixtures and components. Booked a reservation April for Ramada Convention Center in Kentucky through Booking.com for 7/22/16 to 7/24/16 and received confirmation number. I booked a hotel in New York (the same way I've booked numerous hotels in Europe and the UK) and was shown a price of £967. I booked instantly and confirmed this is the price for the hotel. I happened to check my credit card and I've been charged £1132. Terrible! They send you emails offing low rates in resorts, however, as soon as you click into the advertised property you get pop up messages stating that prices have increased. The then offer you a less appealing property for the advertised price It also happens with rooms and suites. The site actually misrepresented a certain property by name and photo. I used to use booking.com on all my trips abroad and it was good but after my experience here in Egypt I began to recognize that you are taking 30% over than the hotel itself as a commission!! I reserved a room for $2603.00 for seven days at Mar Vista Grande with booking.com. After I pressed book to reserve and gave them all my payment information they charged me $3373.95 in Taxes and a daily linen fee, But then They charged my credit card $3385.00 I immediately wanted to cancel and booking said I could not cancel the room. Horrible experience. They are probably the only reservation broker who do not have 1800 number for the customer service and most importantly they do not send you the booking confirmation and itenary details unless you sign up and open an account with them. No other company forces you to sign-up when you make a reservation. We made a hotel reservation in dubai. Booking is a tricky company and treats customers as if they were stupids. Their Score (now they use another one as Location below which is stupid becasue location depends on what part of the city you want to be) is based only in the last 24 months. They are pushing the Congress at Netherland to delete the first two centuries of history. This is a part of priceline.com so buyer beware. There are NO refunds if you have to cancel even in case of death in family. “Unreliable reservations”

I booked with Booking.com nine months before a big event I was traveling to. I was informed 2 weeks before the event that my reservation was no longer available, and that I would have to make a new reservation elsewhere. I chose from one of the hotels that Booking.com suggested, which only had reservations available for two-night stays (I only needed one night).
