Penguin 2.0 is Google’s latest algorithm update, designed to reduce the number of websites ranking highly in search engine result pages through black hat SEO techniques. Since this came into effect on the 23rd of May, Bonne International has seen an increase of 33% across all of their ranking search terms, with no changes to our page 1 ranking—all terms which were achieving high results before the update are still in place. Since Bonne International began working with Click Consult in July 2012, we have enjoyed consistently strong results. Of the 48 keyword terms being optimised by Click Consult, Bonne International ranked organically for only 17 of these at the start of the project; post-Penguin 2.0, we now rank for 32 of those terms—meaning our visibility for organic search has almost doubled. On average, since Click Consult launched Bonne International’s SEO campaign, 7.5% of visitors now make an online enquiry or register their details. Organic traffic is the dominant factor for the company, and 48% of traffic to the site comes solely from organic search.

PPC performance has increased massively, our main SEO keyword that we look to target has moved to position 1 within 3.5 months. In the past we've have our fingers burnt by some AWFUL agencies > RAPP Media (terrible, never delivered anything on time and didn't achieve any targets) and MediaWoW (can't work big contract companies). ClickConsult have been a breath of fresh air. During the pitch process I asked specifically not to be blasted with online jargon (fluff up pitches) and to my surprise they didn't! Click were clean cut and got to the point. We set good KPI's based on performance, some have already been achieved and others are making good progress. Click developed our new website and we have seen 3/4 leads per day, move to 13/14 per day. Naturally we still want more! Following a change to the companies within our group, we had to slightly alter our contract, which again to my surprise was effortless. They are a thoroughly dynamic company that work for their clients and not for their back pockets (unlike some other agencies....). SEO Consult have been excellent in managing our Google PPC Adwords campaign now for a period approaching two years now. Source Wood Floors is an online only wood flooring supplier so it is vital that are PPC campaigns are extremely efficient so that we get maximum returns on our investment and SEO Consult have helped us achieve this - The reports are very good and they have always been very accommodating whenever we have needed to add any new product lines or to tweak the campaigns. Click consult have done a great job at improving the ranking of our websites. One of our websites was recently badly hit by a google update but Click Consult have a strategy in place to get back up the rankings again! Our account manager Amanda Edmonds is great at offering prompt and helpful advice when we need it and is also able to visit us at our premises to provide great in-depth information on the SEO strategies we need to implement.
