DO NOT BUY A COUNTY WINDOWS CONSERVATORY! Apple provided a conservatory in September 2018 after a very long wait, then went bust. However, it has been very badly built and designed - every wall is at least 25mm out and the bi-fold doors are so badly installed that they haven't been able to open since installation. An independent Surveyor has now inspected the structure and has found that the roof is not man enough nor is the steel goalpost (also 25mm out) and is pushing the walls out. I have personally had to fit brackets to hold the walls up. The conservatory is also the wrong colour - all of which County Windows (the new owners of Apple) have agred with. However, County Windows are taking us to Court for non-payment! We have stipulated that County take the dangerous and faulty structure down and remove it entirely from our garden, which they are refusing to do. DO NOT BUY FROM COUNTY WINDOWS!

From the start of the process with the sales man coming round to finish if instillation it’s been a positive experience. The sales guy wasn’t pushy and was very knowledgeable, gave us time to make choices and talk finances. We booked in changing every window except patio doors and a new composite front door. We asked for a specific week for instillation as I am off work which they could work to. The only quibble and it’s a nitpick was I would of liked a call a day or 2 ahead just to confirm attendance. On the day our installers were really lovely friendly guys, they worked efficiently and weren’t intrusive at all, didn’t make me feel ill at ease as other workmen have done when in the house. We identified an issue with one of the window handles being loose and it was all sorted out quickly and easily with it being replaced tomorrow. All in all I would definitely deal with Apple again.

From start to finish the whole experience with Apple Home Improvements was faultless. The surveyor and office staff very efficient . The fitters arrived exactly on the time , all lovely, polite, friendly lads. They were very respectful of our home, furniture and furnishings covering floors etc with dust sheets. The whole installation was competed on time to a very high standard. My home was left spotlessly clean and tidy all rubbish removed. I am so pleased with my lovely new windows and doors and would highly recommend Apple .

Thank you to the whole team at Apple for our new conservatory and garage side door, we are delighted with the result, the design and workmanship, we understand that there was a manufacturing error on the roof struts and that these will be replaced shortly. The whole process has been very satisfactory from initial visit to fitting. A special mention to our installer/fitter who worked so hard on his own, knowledgeable, neat & tidy, patient with our many questions and overcame the issues with the existing base with expertise. Nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff we have had contact with have been personable and with great customer service attitude and we have been very impressed, even to the the young lady that rang everyday to see how everything was going left me cheerful messages on my voicemail. A smooth operation from start to finish and once we get the roof struts replaced by the manufacturer a total success. A big thank you to everyone we are very pleased to have been looked after so well.

Recently had new windows and doors fitted by local firm Apple. The 2 fitters were lovely really and courteous in our home did a fab job and made very little mess at all. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or Apple Home improvements to any one. The whole process from start to finish has been good no pushy sales , and excellent installation after care. The look of our house has been vastly improved with top quality window. Thanks Apple.

Contract number R2186881. Involved replacement of two third floor windows at rear of property. We already had shutters fitted to the windows inside which meant the job was more difficult and some of the work had to be done from outside. The two fitters who came were most obliging and nothing seemed too much trouble. Although we might have had to have scaffolding they managed to do the job with minimum disruption using ladders from the balcony below. They worked brilliantly and the finished job was superb. Apple guided us through the process from start to finish.

Recently I completed the plastics around my windows I found myself 1.5 meters short. A well known home depot quoted £28+ VAT!!! The staff at Apple (Hurn)were more than happy to look for just the sort & length of plastic that I needed. They soon appeared with just what I was looking for & charged only £5!! I was back a few days later having bodged my job & sheepishly asked for another. Without hesitation they found another & asked for nothing bar a donation into the charity box. Good to see genuine kindness & professional service.

The original sales appointment was far too long, didn't listen to what we said and tried the old silly idea of " price conditioning" which doesn't fool anybody anymore. The surveyor who surveyed the job was very professional , turned up on time and did his job excellently. The installation team were great. Again, highly professional and very slick . Did a good installation , did it quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They conducted very well, pleasant and efficient.

Very friendly punctual staff with all work completed to a high standard having minimum impact on your day. They clean and tidy all works when leaving the job. Very easy communication with every step fully explained. I have used apple twice now and would highly recommend.

6/3/2018 I have a conservatory from Apple, which is now out of warranty, fitted 12 years ago. It developed a leak. I phoned Apple and asked If someone could call re the repair. To my dismay I was informed by a male in the installation department that, Apple do not touch any of their installations once the guarantee is run out. Talk about customer service!! I asked if they informed their customers at the time of purchase; that once the guarantee is out, Apple no longer offer a service..to which he replied ‘they did’ I don’t think so!!

I had a porch erected by Apple I am so pleased with the quality and how it looks a neighbour has had one erected to I noticed after mine was completed..The fitter was so polite got on with the work cleared up afterwards couldnt ask for anything else. The sales staff were very pleasant when I was looking at the product no pressure it was very easy to purchase they lady helped with the choice. Apple all the way for me a

Absolutely flabbergasted!! Had a salesman from Apple come back to our home to give us a second quote, got up and literally walked out! All I asked was why the false advertising.. on windows fitted before Xmas , when he couldn’t,. And getting the calculations wrong on our proposed 5 year payment plan! Feel we have had a lucky escapes!

Booked a quote after an unsolicited knock on the door. Salesman turned up. Surveyed and measured. When I showed him a very small velux we wanted changed he mentioned c£3k, which instantly made me suspicious. Showed us the sample window. Looked good. Quoted well above what we expected. Told him we don't do the typical d/g salesman routine. We asked for the best quote which we would compare with future quotes based on quality versus cost. Told him we were looking to replace windows next summer so would not be committing to any quote on the day. Asked us what we anticipated paying. Quote instantly dropped more than 25% to the mid point of our expectation. Told us we had to sign up there and then to get best price. Reminded him we had said we wouldn't do that. We asked if we would receive a formal quote which would be valid until next summer as we actually liked the quality. Told us if we weren't going to sign up for best price instantly we wouldn't get a quote. Visit terminated. Waste of space and time. Like being back in the bad old 1980's with ruthless selling tactics. How many vulnerable customers fall for these tactics. Immoral and disrespectful behaviour towards customers who don't give in to their tactics! Wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

We've just had the new glass put onto our conservatory. Excellent work was carried out right from the beginning to the very end. We rate the fitter and the electrician 100% each.  What a difference this new glass makes to our conservatory. Overall it now looks and feels wonderful and makes it look bigger inside.  Well done Apple Home Improvements.  We are hoping to have Apple back again to renew our double glazing windows in the near future. We had a new insulated Supalite roof installed on our conservatory in February. The conservatory had become a room we used all year round, but suffered from being too cold in winter and therefore more costly to heat, condensation and too hot in summer. Having now enjoyed 6 months with the new roof, it has been a transformation - it was much warmer for the remainder of the winter and cooler in the summer heat. An advertisement in the Bournemouth Advertiser brought the service to our attention, so we visited the Parley Showroom to see a conservatory fitted with a Supalite roof and find further information on the construction method. The finance arrangements were also very helpful, enabling us to go ahead sooner than perhaps we might otherwise have done The whole process went smoothly and to the pre-arranged schedule. The team of guys were excellent - hard working, polite and considerate. They did a really good job and left everything neat and tidy when finished. Needless to say we are extremely pleased with the end result. Although costing more than we originally anticipated, we consider it money well spent.

Last year we had the glass roof on the conservatory changed to a tiled roof. We are extremely happy with this. Earlier this year we had replacement windows to the rest of our property. We are happy with the outcome, however, we were under the impression that a member of staff would visit us a few weeks after installation to check on our satisfaction. This has not happened, although we did receive a follow up phone call. Also nobody returned to collect your advertising board, we were told by the installation team this would be the case. On phoning your office, we were told to destroy it ourselves. This is why we have not given you the full 5 stars.

Done very quickly. Wed/Thur/Fri. Remove old and fit new. Amazing sunscreen quality. Before, the room got very hot in afternoon sun. Now it is pleasant and cool. Got to wait for Winter to see how insulation works, but assume it will be good also. No leaks in very heavy rain. Looks good too. It was expensive at £7000+, but you get what you pay for.

It all went well, good product and the people that we spoke to answered our questions and the fitters to they were nice and didn't leave until it was all cleared up no problem recommending

I am writing this review on behalf of my Mum and Dad. They had a salesman come around to price a new roof on their conservatory. The price they were quoted was more than there budget and in the end my dad felt so pressured that he ordered to get the man to leave. He had to pay a £1000 deposit on a roof that is not even required (since found out the roof needed new seals only) My dad was very upset by this and had not been strong enough to file a complaint as he had been suffering with Cancer. My brother and I have tried numerous times to contact Apple to get the deposit back and they have not even had the dignity to reply. My dad lost his battle with Cancer 3 weeks ago and Apple still had the cheek to call my mum to try to upsell and when asked about the complaint the salesman simply said to my mum "that is more than I get paid for" Trading standards are my next point of call on Monday I would never recommend Apple to anyone and the fact they will not return my parents deposit is incredible, unprofessional and disgusting

From the off we were happy rep knew his stuff it took a wile to go through but well worth it. They got the job done cleared up and left us with a fantastic conservatory. No issues so far...
