    I ordered and then cancelled when I received a confirming email that made me realize I would pay more than I currently am with cable... they charge $5 for each receiver each month. No mention of that by either the sales person on the phone, or the offer on their website.

    I have made payments throughout the last several months that included MORE than the basic package price (plus x-tra receiver). End of Feb I received a statement that included 3mo worth of pay-per-view charges. When I called customer service I was told to look at my old statements (who keeps those?) ...

    I have tried to resolve an issue of only getting some channels from the Direct TV service for several months. They have been unresponsive. I cannot even get through to the service department. I tried for a week every day at different times and get a busy signal or cut off in their telephone tree. Th ...
