It took 15 minutes on the phone with a very helpful and friendly representative and three days for a new receiver to come ...

When we signed up, we added the sports package, which included a free NFL ticket (channel) as a promotion. We were not informed as far as I am aware that it would automatically be renewed the next year and that we we be billed $46 per month for it. After noticing that our bill was higher than norm ...

Direct tv is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. First they promised me a 29.99 a month plan and it wasnt till I got my first bill that I saw they were charging me 64.99 insted of 29.99. Their excuse was that I had to wait 2 to 3 payments to get my 29.99 price not just that but I wo ...
