Our daughter’s driving instructor was excellent! He managed to provide the first lesson on our daughter’s birthday at short notice. He was entirely reliable throughout and his communication was good. He was also very flexible and managed to rearrange his diary at very short notice when our daughter got a test cancelled. All in all - he was very impressive and we would not hesitate to recommend him. Happy to provide his name but it says not to above.

We have used the instructor through Red these past 6/9 months. He has been great with my daughter. Really offers sound advice, is patient ,thorough and wants the best for students. He has made a stressful time enjoyable and the results came to fruition in a successful 1st time pass. I would not hesitate to recommend him .

She has been the most incredible teacher I’ve ever had in anything. Super patient and had such high standards but never made me feel embarrassed for learning how to drive from scratch or for making mistakes. Going to miss our lessons and our chats, she made it so much less scary and also just so much fun!! Even though I was so anxious to learn to drive, I passed first time with zero minors thanks to her. Genuinely the best.

I recently passed my exam with Instructor Amila Ghous and I don’t have enough words to describe my experience with her. Amila’s patience, professionalism and time management were constant through our lessons. She made the lessons fun and less challenging every time we interacted…..As a visual learner her small training whiteboard became my friend and she was very clear in her instructions and explanations. Thank you Amila for walking with me throughout this milestone and I would not have done it without you.. Dear RED Training School this one is a gem keep her ☺️

I learnt with Sidra Iqbal who has been an amazing driving instructor, she is very calm and patient. She was very flexible with lesson times and dates. Without her I doubt I would have passed as soon as I did. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I was very anxious going into my automatic lessons, having previously done manual lessons. Instantly I knew these lessons would be different, she put me at ease as soon as I got into the car and every lesson since was full of patience, kindness and laughter. She helped me build up my confidence on the road and is a massive part of why I passed my test the first time around. I could not recommend her enough to anyone who is looking to do automatic lessons in the Brent area. She’s fantastic!

I am not a new driver as I hold a full US drivers license but in order to get a full UK license I needed to start the process from scratch. I reached out to RED with the hopes of breaking bad habits from 15 years of driving in the US and with tips to pass the UK exam. My instructor was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and with her guidance I was able to pass my driving exam on the first try after only a few lessons. Thank you!

My previous driving instructor was awful, constantly yelling and giving me anxiety. It was so bad that I stopped taking lessons altogether for the better part of an entire year. When I was able to finally book for automatic lessons with RED over the phone the entire process was smooth. My instructor was amazing, able to really get my knocked confidence back up so that I could eventually drive as I wanted. The online booking process is very streamlined and the third party vetting from RED as a mediator between me and the instructor prevents foul play as I had with my previous instructor such as the random price hikes after the initial session. The cost of RED driving lessons is high. The number of available instructors is at a very high premium and I had no issue with paying the prices I did, but it is definitely not the most affordable service. That being said, the care I received towards making the most of my lessons and eventually passing was top notch.

I’m local to Medway and was assigned my teacher. I had some bad experiences with driving lessons in the past (outside of red) and I was very nervous to get back into lessons. I had failed twice previously and I was quite a nervous driver. He helped me build up my confidence over my refresher lessons and really helped me target my weaker areas in a supportive way! He is so friendly and chill and has a million and one ways to explain things which is so helpful. I ended up passing the first test we booked with only three minor faults! I highly recommend going through Red as they have the top instructors! Literally helped me change my life for the better! I am forever grateful

My instructor is an amazing instructor. He’s got a great teaching style that was just right for me and was able to allow me to learn and grow as a safe driver. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to drive in the Lichfield area. As expensive as driving lessons are these days, I don’t know everyone’s going rate around the area, but with the quality of lessons, it’s definitely value for money! He helped me pass first time as I was incredibly nervous on the morning of my test, but the phrase ‘it’s just a drive’ helped calm me down so much! Thanks again.

I had an amazing teacher. I went into driving with a lot of anxiety as I had previously been a passenger in an accident. She made me feel calm and empowered with her methods and support. I definitely recommend her to everyone and can't thank her enough for how confident I am now. I am so proud of myself, because she taught me, and driving has opened so many doors for me and my family. Thank you!!

I certainly would not recommend this driving school. I was very dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism at the services I received. the driving instructor started my lesson 20 minutes late, and he ended it 15 minutes early to which I was hoping (and expecting) that we would make up the lost 20 minutes. However we did not, The lesson I received was from 13:50 pm to 15:15 pm , so essentially I paid for two hours of tuition but only received 1 hour 15 minutes. Bearing in mind he had another learner to get to in half an hour, which is why I’m assuming he ended the lesson early to have enough time to get to them. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, he was overall very rude, trying to defend himself, saying that travel time was included in the price of the lesson. Which I understand, However I wasn’t even the one driving. He deemed me to NOT up to standard to be driving on the road. So travel time is not at all included, as I am not learning at this point since he is the one driving me home. I just wasted my time and my money.

I had a really wonderful experience with Amila, I booked a few lessons before my test and passed after only a month of top-up lessons. She was kind and really helped with pre-test nerves. Thank you so much for all the confidence boosters and fantastic and enjoyable lessons!
