Went in on Saturday morning as a larger lady I'm not sure what I want. After looking round I asked the only assistant on if she could take a dress out of the bag so I could see it properly, her attitude towards me was that it was too much trouble, she then kept telling me that I would be better going to the beverly shop as they have more staff, more gowns and a bigger shop. I came out of there feeling like Julia Roberts when she first went down Hollywood boulevard. BIG MISTAKE.

I dont normally write reviews but I thought our experience here was brilliant. We went on a saturday and it was very busy. They had a really good quing system and the service was outstanding considering how busy it was. I went with my friend. We were never rushed even though there was quite a few people behind us in the que. My friend must of tried on at least 10 dresses. The lady was so helpful and knowledgeable about what would suit her. There was so much choice. This is a must place to go for your dress. I would recommend going during the week if you can. We went to a bridal shop the week before but it was much better at beverley. More choice and much better service and better prices.

Just called in on Saturday, met with a warm welcome, the staff were fab and couldn't help me and my bridal party enough. Have never seen so many dresses in one place. If you are wanting a dress, then this is the place to go. I came away with the dress I wanted that day. So happy, thank you.

I would firstly like to thank them for all of their help on monday when I came in to buy my wedding dress. She was so helpful and a credit to the shop. There wasnt just me in the shop she was dealing with but I still felt like I got a very personal service. Being someone who very rarely wears dresses I didnt know what style would suit me but she brought me a few dresses that I had chosen of different styles and told me if it suited my body shape or not. Would definitely recommend the store.

I came to the Beverly store a little apprehensive, as being a bigger built lady i was worried how i might be treated in the wedding shop as it is usually skinner girls teritories. However, as soon as i came into the shop i was treated wonderfully! The service was fantastic and staff were so friendly and helpful. It certainly put the doubts straight out of my mind and i was able to fully enjoy the experience of trying to find my wedding dress and that is just what i did! I cant thank the ladies at the Beverly store enough for helping me and putting my worries and doubts to the side.

Visited on the off chance with my moody teenager.She tried on several different dresses and was in to the swing after the first one. It was a relaxed visit with no pressure to purchase.The staff were brilliant and very helpful.I wish I found it for the first two but will return with the last one .We bought a beautiful dress at an excellent price.

I have visited this shop many times for a good trying on session. Its a great place to start for any bride to be wanting to try a mixture if styles on without any pressure to buy. Every member of staff that had served me over the visits were fabulous. So friendly, helpful and most importantly honest. I bought my dress on the anniversary sale weekend. No intention of actually buying one due to not having a date set but never the less when you find your dress and at a great price it had to be done. Only sad part is now I wont be able to go again for a trying on session. Thankyou ladies :)

I came into the shop on Sunday having decided on a whim that I needed to go and try dresses on despite already having one. I can not fault this shop at all. You made this such a lovely experience. Nothing seemed too much trouble, you were patient, attentive and so helpful. Thanks to you I found my perfect dress and will feel like a princess on my wedding day. Thank you so very much!

I was really impressed by the service from the staff and the time she took to find the right dress. Early on she encouraged me to try on a variety of dresses, and I'm really glad that I did as the one I fell in love with would not have caught my eye on the hangar. 

I visited this store expecting to walk away with nothing...when I entered I was faced with many beautiful dresses. As I began to look aroun I was approached by a lovely young girl she gave me a hand full of coloured tags and told me to place them on top of the dresses hangers of any i would like to try. Once I had done this and there was space I was taken to a fitting room where I was able to try all my selected dresses...even though the shop was busy I did not feel in anyway rushed I tried several dresses on and extra ones I hadn't even picked out.. After trying three or four dresses I found the one I fell instantly in love with... I was fastend into the dress and was given lovely feedback from not just the staff but from other customers within the store..it was a very interactive fitting area in which I found a great experience, making me feel comfortable in coming out of my fitting room. I was offered other items to try to complement my dress which I also found helpful. I was able to try my dress on twice and the young girl did no moan once by the amount of times she fastend me in, she seemed to be enjoying helping me as much as I enjoyed her helping me. Once I had finished I saved the dress, however I didn't get the dress straight away due to certain reasons, however mid week I called around 9pm and left a voice mail asking the store to reserve the dress if it was still available.. At 10.30 the next morning (when the store opened) I was left a voice mail saying they had my dress and put it to one side, I called them on my lunch an paid over the phone..my phone experience was just as pleasant as the service I had in store!! I would recommend any of my friends and family to the store, and would like to thank all the team for such a beautiful service and look forward to my return to get my dress steamed before my wedding day!! Keep up the beautiful service !!

I went to have a look around yesterday, it was only the second shop I'd looked in and I ended up finding the perfect wedding dress! The girls are amazing, very honest and very helpful! Not pushy in the slightest which was great as that is something that would have put me off! They didn't rush me and actually encouraged me to go away and have a think before I made a decision. There is loads of gorgeous dresses, something for most budgets. My dress is just what I was looking for, I am very happy with it and they can even provide you with the name and number of a couple of seamstresses they recommend. All in all a fab shop with lovely helpful down to earth staff. A big thank you to them for helping me to find my perfect dress!

Went with my daughter to choose her dress on Feb 11th. She was brilliant. My daughter tried on a few dresses and then she suggested ones which might suit her (they all did!) - there was no pressure to buy, we didn't feel rushed even when the shop started to get a bit busy. We must have been there a couple of hours and eventually came away with a gorgeous dress which my daughter fell in love with. She looked stunning in it. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

I went to the Wedding Collection shop on saturday. The member of staff who helped me could not have been better, she put me at ease (clothes shopping is not my thing so I was dreading Wedding Dress shopping!)and made me feel comfortable. She picked out some dresses for me as well as asking me to pick some I liked and was very honest about what did and didnt work on me, overall I had a lovely experience and will definately be going back!!!
