Mine is the 97 K "Special" version with nicely coloured laminate stock. this set-up oozes quality, but has some negative points. all of its weight is put into a very stable, compact and yet pointable package. mine is in .177 and is meant for use in informal (Hunter) FT. it makes almost 5 KG's with B ...

    HW97K, .22

This is my second 97K, I liked the .177 so much I bought the .22 as well (I have sold the .177, not because of any reason other than a preference for the knock-down power of the .22 for hunting).

I am extremely happy with the rifle, contrary to the urban legend that the safety canno ...

I brought my 97K over a year ago, for about a month or so, I was trying to decide which rifle I wanted, I wanted a springer, and it came down to an AAtx200 and the HW97k. The 97k has an excellent trigger, known as the Rekord unit, its been one of the best for years and years (AA named their CD(compu ...

The weihrauch hw97k is in my opinion the best spring loaded air rifle on the market. It looks great, has bags of power and is very accurate at long distances normally unreachable by airguns. The rifle consists of a beautiful stock made of walnut has an underlever loading mechanism and built in slinc ...

After shooting a friend's HW 97 in my first Field Target match, I was determined that this was the rifle for me. I acquired one in short order, and set it up exactly as his is, with a Simmons 6 to 18 power scope. This is just a beautiful rifle. Mine shoots its best in accuracy with Crosman 7.9 gr ...

I got this rifle quite recently, I have not been shooting very long, But I love this gun. Being 6ft means that the rifle is easy to handle, and that weight soaks up recoil like anything. My scope has'nt slipped yet, (hooray for promounts) and I can easily punch through metal at 30 yards.

A good rifle, if you can use a heavy spring rifle with recoil. Get it serviced with genuine parts, but watch it they offen come back at 14 f/p, 2f/p over the limit. RWS H-Point (14.5 gr) pellets work well and give the best energy transfer to the target. You will get the odd "flyer" pellet with this ...

I've personally cammo,d my 97k I've found it a totally superb rifle it handles all the tasks I expect, varing from targetplinking with my children, also with each of my different shoot locations. I've teamed my 97k with a simmons 3x9x40
