Paid for service after one month still nothing...went with DC-unlockers had code within minutes...don't waste your time..

At 24.99 you really can't go wrong. The amount of time you can waste looking for a way around it certainly makes it worth it to take advantage of this fast service. Once you have the codes in your hand it is a very well explained 20 second process to unlock the phone. Customer service is fast an efficient as well! great company to deal with. Do not use this service. I regret not reading the reviews in this Review Centre beforehand.It is a lesson for me.
Payment was taken immediately from PayPal upon receipt of my order just after 5pm on Friday.The website states that it will send out the BlackBerry unlock code in 2-3 minutes. Yet they send an email to say it is on hold and to call on a premium line which is only open till 2pm weekdays. They say to contact this email which does not exist:

"Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
:
Remote host said: 550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name"

Paid instantly for a code to be emailed to me, which it indeed was, but didn't work. When I emailed customer services I got no reply. Their helpline states OPEN 9AM TO 2AM GMT yet when I called them at 9pm I got the busy tone the first few trys and then the answering machine telling me the lines are now closed and repeated the 9am to 2am message! Incredible.

The fact that the code does not work means I have now few tries left before my phone is useless. Even with a refund this cannot be ammended, and for a refund I now have to VIDEO! myself wasting another code attempt.

They succeed to unlock my Blackberry Curve 3G after I tryed unsuccesfully with codes buyed on another web site.
The customer service has been fast on answering to my mails.
I'm very satisfied.

I am very grateful to this online company for providing me with the unlock method and code for my Blackberry. The phone operator that I bought the phone from told me that they had no record of the phone (IMEI code) and it must belong to another provider! This phone even has their company logo on it and I have the receipt. Im sure through a lot of hassle they would have got the code but I saved myself the effort and used the PhoneUnlockers.
At first the code they gave me didn't work but their customer service replied back very quick seeking more handset info and quickly replied with a new code that worked first time. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs a handset unlocked. Appreciate their help, my old blackberry will now be re-homed and Ill keep to my iphone. Thanks Again. Do not use this service. I paid fee and never received the unlock code. Never received refund either despite several emails.

The codes arrived very quickly by e-mail but were not explained very well. However, a short e-mail conversation with their very helpful customer services clarified which one(s) I needed to use and the phone was unlocked in seconds. I have suggested that they need to improve their initial instructions to have the best product.

Think carefully before paying any money to this company. I phoned to ask about unlocking a Blackberry Curve from a UK network. The lady (at an indian call centre) assured me that this was no problem and the code would be sent through instantly. I paid through paypal and received an instant e-mail telling me that my order was on hold and that I should phone them. I did so and was told that my phone could not be instantly unlocked (it could take 28 days for the code to be provided) and that I could not get a refund (even though I had bought an "instant" service. Absolute scam! The UK networks offer this exact service in the same timeframe and cheaper. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

When their codes (yes, codes) did not work, they would not issue a refund until you provided video evidence, photos, and other things to ensure their codes actually did not work.

I provided all those things and they still did not issue a refund. Their policy states they can request you try another SIM in the device as well as sending them the phone itself. Wow, what a security risk and a crockery.

I would not recommend this service to anyone who wishes to unlock a phone. You are better off using one of several other unlockers (one of which I used and was successful first time).

This company is very reliable and trustworthy. I purchased my unlock code and it worked and that's all that matters. No scams, they use PayPal as a paying method. I mean what more could you ask ? The code took a few days to arrive due to some server problems but as long as the end result is perfect then it's worth the wait. Last but not least they offer a full refund in case your code doesn't work. I will be recommending it to anyone I know who might want to unlock their phone.

Very helpful customer service indeed! They are immediately there when needed and go above and beyond to resolve any issues. I don't know how the price compares to other operators but at the end of the day it's done the job and that's what I paid for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the same service.

BE VERY CAREFUL...I mistakenly ordered a code for the wrong model of
BlackBerry and despite all the '100% guarantee' claims made on the
web site, they would not exchange the code or refund my money. That
after the price I paid was 'upgraded' from the £19.99 advertised on
the web site to £29.35 !! READ the TERMS and CONDITIONS carefully.
If you are prepared to send your phone to them to prove the code
didn't work in order to claim a refund then fine. Actually I think
it's a worthless guarantee.
