I have been a loyal customer of Orange for 4 years. However, when you require an upgrade you are offered ridiculous price plans and no special offers. They do not appear to know how to treat their existing customers.

Orange Mobile Phone Network is cheap compared with others. Good free texts etc..
Rubbish customer service when help is needed and there is nowhere else to turn to. I was on the phone for 17 minutes waiting for the man helping me and the calls cost 70p per minute, the man never returned to the phone. ...
