    I have been with Orange now for 10 years. Over that time I have seen the service they provide get really bad.

    Its really good when you phone Orange, as you get a really, nice, friendly, bubbly and helpfull person on the phone. But thats where it ends!!!

    Orange are great when you first start a contract with them but then when you try and upgrade that's where all the problems start. If you ring up and try to get a better deal take the first offer!!! I cant stress that enough!!! If you say you'll ring them back and you do your going to get a worst off ...

    Because I had free internet, Orange took it off me saying i had gone over my limit when they never told me there was an internet limit.     Do not EVER get a contract with orange been with them several years recently encountered a billing problem,had the miss fortune to have to deal with there customer services and have NEVER been spoken to or treated so badly in my life beleive me I would leave tommorow if I could.

    Main gripe: once you have left, if you have a problem with your final bill, their automated phone system will not let you through without a current active Orange phone number.     Being with orange has been one of the most disastrous experiences ever. i have used nokia,sony experia, blackberry and all sorts of phone at my workplace but the phone signal coverage is just simply appalling, while people on o2 enjoy full coverage.
