    Orange customer service is beyond belief. If I wore a heart rate monitor when phoning them it would explode !     AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - A NIGHTMARE!

    The rewards are good on Orange Pay as you go HOWEVER, you rarely get them without asking. Everytime I top up they fail to give me my rewards on the Dolphin plan.     I live in Wimbledon, London and cannot get coverage in either indoors or outdoors, despite being reassured by the Orange shop that coverage was OK in my area. Having changed from Vodafone, I am rapidly changing back. DON'T GET ORANGE- IT'S RUBBISH!!

    From day 1 the coverage for Orange has been poor at best in the Hull area. At home there is no signal unless I go upstairs. The signal is often cut in numerous areas to the West of Hull.

    Very poor, had bad service from day one.

    They didn't connect my phone at all and just kept referring me back to my 'point of sale'. I wanted to cancel my contract after over 48hours having still not been connected, and was told there was no cooling off period!!

    Phone quality terrible (5 BB Edge in less than 1 year). Very poor customer care. Pickup up drivers got address wrong and I still had to pay for missed delivery, twice - amazingly, they no longer have the contract!
