Orange is the only network I have ever been with, so I'm not sure how their service ranks with other networks, but from my own experience it is pretty poor. Overall Orange is not the best network I've used and seems very difficult to get out if you're not satisfied with the service so beware.

My 12 month contract expired on 12th august it is now 26 October Orange refuse to cancel my contract despite numerous attempts!!!!
Say I need to speak to a supervisor due to them messing it up in the first place but refuse to let me speak to one!!!!!

In a word, excellent. Orange Wednesdays, free weekend texts for the first 6 months, excellent customer service (they even wished me happy birthday!), outstanding reception (wipes the floor with everyone else I've tried) - I just can't fault them.
