Orange - AVOID AVOID AVOID! Amateurish service. Need to spend their marketing budget on fixing the network and customer support and actually delivering what the gloss promises.

Orange customer service is always very busy and the staff are often rude and have little interest in your problem. The notes they have on you are often poor and incomplete. I used to be with Orange PAYG for about 6 years but their call costs are no longer competitive and just try contacting customer services!
Now with Easymobile same coverage AND I can contact C.S. online or via a local rate call AND my mobile charges are now 70% lower than they were with Orange.

I have been with Orange for a year now on contract and have had no problems, although I have never had any need to contact customer services so don't know how good or bad they are, the price plan I am on is great at only £15 a month and I will be staying with them.

Within the first month I had problems with my phone so I called customer services at Orange (costing around £1) to sort out the issue. 2 weeks later they got back to me with the instruction "reset your phone"; obviously I had worked this out long before they decided to get back to me.
