I was without my mobile for a week I called orange numberous times - never spoke to the same person twice. Three times they wrongly identified the problem as the sim being old and needing replacing. Do not buy from Orange online. If your phone breaks down then your local Orange Shop will not want to know you. I went into the Burnley shop after my 6 month old Nokia failed and they were downright rude. They claim if you buy online it is a totally separate and they will not help you.
