    I was put on a contract of 18 months. I should be on the lowest plan they have but they have put my on a very expensive plan I am locked into for 18 months.

    Do not buy from Orange online. If your phone breaks down then your local Orange Shop will not want to know you. I went into the Burnley shop after my 6 month old Nokia failed and they were downright rude. They claim if you buy online it is a totally separate and they will not help you.
