Glad to be back with Titanadsl, left six months ago after moving in with the girlfriend. Sadly she had BT infinity as its cheap and not good at all!! Sales were very helpful and accounts too with reinstating my dd. Did not get the chance to talk to support yet but i guess that's a good thing

Customer service non existent expensive and unreliable . Broadband has been down last week tried ringing between the specified hours stated ( 9-5 mon friday) but know one is answering the phone even sent numerous emails to no avail no reply . Titan need to get there act together if they want to be a serious competitor need to employ more staff. Going to pay the remainder few months owed and switch provider to a more established reliable more competent company which titan certainly is not.

the service is excellent - really fast but much quicker than my previous 2 meg service) and reliable. As a subscriber to the 80 meg service there is no 12 month contract, which is great considering we're not sure how long we're going to be at our current address. The customer service is good. they were extremly knowlegable and helpful with a couple of initial teething problems, that were quickly sorted out.

“broadband was good but rest was baaad”

£60 to leave them fee - nuff said! Least the broadband worked but communication was poor and I had to contact them to find out what was going on!

“ Amateur ISP ”

Poor service, expensive ,not getting speed as advertised and impossible to speak to an advisor either by email which they don't reply to your query or 0844 phone number which they don't even bother answering just get the same automated parp "all our advisors are busy " message ,i'm sure at the very least they could do is employ someone 24/7 just to answer the phone who has some knowledge of dealing with queries and technical problems ,although they do advertise times on their website when you can phone between the hours of 10:00-17:00 Mon -Friday (Saturday Sunday Closed) so basically you have had it if your internet is down on a weekend . £35 month for unlimited 45 GB Internet lucky if i'm getting 7GB ,not good enough

“Abysmal Service ”

You cannot get through to contact anyone if you have a problem like mine ( poor internet speed ) both email or by phone no one answers replies ever !. Just the same automated reply "all our advisors are busy try again later ", now the weekends here i have had it as they don't work weekends . Will be changing to another ISP that have working helpful technical staff that can answer the phone 7 days a week . Unfortunately i got suckered into the bogus sales reviews blowing Titans trumpet on here as it is not good but at least i can cancel my contract as it is only 3 months ,that's if i can get through and speak to someone, i'll give it another week than off to OFCOM to lodge my complaint

“Victory”

I moved over to Titan from BT a couple of months ago. In that time I have been extremely impressed. With BT I had download speeds of 6 meg at best which dwindled to a paltry 2 meg as time went on. Repeated calls to their service line achieved nothing. Titan is a completely different story. I now get a rock solid 15.5 meg speed,with a sync speed of 18! I am on the 16 pro home package. The one solitary problem I had (which was caused by the BT engineer during the migration process) was solved by Titan tech support speedily and efficiently. All in all I can't fault these guys.

“Great gaming service ”

“Better than plusnet”

I can't believe I was taken in by plusnets marketing ploy! I migrated to plusnet from titanadsl and after 2 months relised I was paying average of £36 per month. On titanadsl my average bill was £27 for the complete package. Big difference in cost plus with titan my contract is 3 months and not 18 months like plusnet. Titanadsl all the way

“Marvellous difference”

I have been with a lot of IPS's, BT, Sky, NTL before it was Virgin, plusnet etc. I came to accept that at busy periods it was just the way it was that your broadband got capped to hell. I was getting 5-15kb's most the time and couldnt even stream youtube. I decided to do some research and found this website. Looked at the best reviews and although I've not heard of them before, decided to go to Titan That was the best decision I have made in a long while. Constant full speed and suddenly the internet was usable again. Youtube worked and I even get in to the 75 ping lobbies when on the PS3 and MW3!!! Price was slightly more than normal but I was happy as a pig in muck. Then they release new packages in Feb13 and the value is phenomenal! 500GB unmetered!!! I pestered them with questions up front and nothing was too much trouble, lightning quick replies and came across and friendly and actual people rather than the scottish robots you tend to get with the larger ISP's. I will be recommending these guys to everyone.

“impossible to contact by phone or email”

I asked titan to connect me and was originally able to contact them by phone and email but after promising me callbacks on a few occasions then not calling me back, promising to have me connected by a certain date then not getting me connected- again with no call or email to say what was happening etc weeks later they dropped off the radar completely. When I try to call there's always a message saying they're busy and no replies to my emails. I reported them to offcom and will be filing a complaint with the ombudsman.

I was thinking about joining Titan ADSL from o2 Sky tried all last week to contact them during their so called opening hours 10:00 -16:00 same automated message "All our advisors are busy try again later " than the phone goes dead ,i don't know how they get any business with such dreadfully poor customer(less) service sales i have decided not to switch providers to these amateurs .

I think an awful lot of the positive comments on here sound slightly sales pitch "Can't believe Titan is so fantastic changed my life spiel ."
Try calling them Mon-Fri 10-4pm only you can never get in contact with anyone their website does not even have live chat .
Wonder how many sales adviser operators they have working for them certainly not enough to answer the phone .

“Great service and support”

Having been with TitanADSL for nearly three years now, there is no doubt they are an excellent ISP. Sadly I have now left due to my usage starting to get higher and higher but if you can afford it for your level of usage and want a reliable service it is definitely worth it. I had a a fault with my line a few months ago and it was fixed very quickly and efficiently. When you email support you get a response from someone who knows what they are doing and it's quick. They are even really helpful when you are leaving! You get what you pay for and I would highly recommend.

“Reliable internet but terrible if you leave”

During my time with Titan I had a very reliable connection, no complaints at all. The issue which I've never experienced with any other company and that includes all the usual like Sky, BT etc was the fact that 2 months after leaving they sent me an invoice for a random amount of money during a month I wasn't even with them. Tried to contest it but they ignored all my emails and calls. In the end I had to get my credit card company involved to stop the transaction to avoid them taking money which is not theirs! Will not now be recommending to friends

“Unimpressed and haven't even activated yet”

Supplied my MAC to Titan a few weeks ago - nothing's happened. Emailed Titan a week or so ago, and the blame was placed at BT's door - quite feasible. However, to date, still nothing. No updates, no communication, no courtesy, no indication they are serious. Emailed today and yet to receive a response. Phoned, and like another reviewer, received the irritating 'all our operators are busy - please try again later'. Unbelievably unprofessional. Titan have largely positive reviews, but they count for nothing when you can't even get to talk with them about why, in over a month, there has been no movement in my migration to them. Why is it nobody in the broadband game can get the basics right?

“V good Fibre optic broadband”

Thank god someone has done it right! I was first introduced to Titanadsl 4 years ago, prior to that I was always going with the bigger ISP’s (BT, Virgin, Talktalk, Tiscali etc.). We use Surf for our business allot and I quickly found out how easy they are to work with. The main difference is the customer service; when I call up 9/10 times I am the first in the queue. When I get through to them they are all extremely helpful. Danny, Derek and Martin really do all they can to help. They are all pleasant to talk to and more importantly all know what they are talking about. As well as dealing with them in a business environment I also opted for their broadband at home. The service they have provided me is perfect; my exchange is notoriously overcrowded due to the recent developments and shockingly no plans to upgrade it. However they have successfully delivered a very quick and stable line. To anyone who is thinking which ISP to go for, look no further... Please don’t be put off by the hold music; it won’t be long before someone picks up :)

“Good”

I've been with Titan for nearly 2 years and so far so good. Speed and reliability is excellent. Their support is outstanding and they're extremely fast at replying to support emails. On the rare occasions my connection drops, they have fixed the issue promptly. They also made sure everything was OK when a damaged telephone wire knocked out my connection (I had to deal with BT directly unfortunately, so it took a month to fix), but Titan monitored the issue and made sure my connection was back at full speed and stable. I've previously used and do not recommend Firefly, who became arrogant & obnoxious with awful speeds and unstable connection, Plusnet, Enta & Vispa due to the unstable connection and poor support. I sincerely hope Titan keep their feet on the ground and continue to offer this top quality service, which I can highly recommend.
