I made a mistake on my details when booking a flight and I emailed them about. The same day, probably within an hour I got a reply and they sorted everyting out with any issues and were very helpful. They emailed me in good time and resolved the issue hassle free and very quickly as information errors such as names when travelling can cause future problems. I was emailed on 4 August to say that my flight times had changed and if I didn't reply to say that this was ok I would not get new tickets. I booked flights to Bali with Travelup. The price seemed very good in comparison to other sites I'd tried. My e-tickets were sent through straight away with everything clearly set out. Part of the flight times have been changed and I was notified of this Again as soon as I sent my acceptance I received my revised e-tickets even before I received the confirmation. We had to cancel our holiday due to finding out our child was diagnosed with Acute Lyphoblastic Leukemia, The agent was excellent customer service who liaised with us and the airline and was able to get us a refund under the exceptional circumstances. Overall service was ok and the prices were the best we've seen anywhere. Getting my flights confirmed and processed was a bit of a task having to call my bank over seas and need to get authorisation codes codes for the transaction etc. I've never had to do this before for any other flights. Booked 6 flights to Orlando back in Feburary with Travel Up. Usmin was very helpful and the booking process was perfect. March I was contacted re a flight change for half the party as the flight I was booked on had been cancelled. The booking process itself was easy to understand with clear pricing and instructions and the price was outstanding compared to other companies. This company is just awful. Booked flights to New York and the return flight has changed 3 times. We are now returning 2 and 1/2 days later than we want to, which is no good as we are due back at work. Tried to discuss with them and change our return flight and got no help what so ever. I can't think of any other industry whereby a product (our flight) is changed by the retailer (TravelUp) and the retailer charges the customer (me) £300 because we cancelled it, despite rebooking a different flight through them, because otherwise we would have lost a day's holiday.
