Booked tickets to Australia via Qatar Airways...saved over £50 each and etickets arrived within 24 hours!! Read reviews on this site AFTER booking and got really nervous. Absolutely no need!! Like a few people i had already booked and then came across this site which horrified me... however my e-tickets to Australia arrived when they said they would and the lady i spoke to even tried to get me a cheaper flight if we would fly from heathrow. Booked on 1st December for travel in late Jan and received e-ticket within a day of booking. Just discovered the reviews on this site and naturally had a mild panic attack! Called the airline and they confirmed that I am travelling on the correct days and everything is in order (phew!). “Like trying to communicate with a bunch of rude teenagers.”

Terrible standards of customer service which have made the simplest of tasks in booking and confirming flights seem like abolute torture. As a rational and reasonable person I found myself having to cajole answers out of them and was treated like I was a nuisance customer making unreasonable demands. Surly, rude and resentful telephonists and absolutely some of the worst customer service I have expereinced at any company in the UK. Avoid this company please, amateurish customer services, impossible to get any response to calls or emails. They take a booking and then change flight details and cost of flight - seems to be their standard practice!!!!!! My flight was changed from 3pm to 11.35pm!!! and they increased the porice from £145 to £375!!! Have given me the option to cancel and say they will refund - lets see what happens hey? They are clearly unscrupulous RATS!

Flight times changed, by days not hours so I had to cancel them. Took 10 weeks to get a refund. I booked news flights with a much more reputable company. “They will take your money and cancel your flights ”

I booked flights back in May for my honeymoon then about 12 weeks before we were due to leave I received an email saying that the flights had changed and we would have to spend a night in London and lose a day in Sri Lanka. After them saying they would sort it out and not getting back to me for weeks we decided to cancel - which they had said in the email we could do - then they advised us that the refund would be minus 150 admin fees even though it was there stuff up. I suspect if theses people are running a travel agency for real. My girl friend and I tried to book two tickets via their website. The system receives all your confidential bank account details and issues no ticket in return but a failure notice instead. “Fraudulent Travel Agency! £2084 payment and NO...”

Travel Up is fraudulent and I urge everyone considering to book flights through this company to NOT do so under any circumstances. I dont wanted to write any comment but when i read yours it made me to write because unluckily same thing happened to me i booked my flight on the internet after 2 days i have got call from them(big loser) after speaking to him than i realized they are operating their operation from out of UK.I personally request to people who buy from them kindly do not expect anything good from them because they have illiterate staff they don't know how to deal with passengers

I booked a flight from skyscanner.com and after receiving the online confirmation and the ticket, this ghost agency required my bank details through email, who does this??? When i saw it i was sure it is another spam mail and trashed it, just to find out after 10 days that my ticket was no longer available and because i did not confirm the bank details i lost my ticket. Booked my ticket for next year, 8 months time. Asked them to change the departure time from Cairo because I did not want to sit for 12 hours in Cairo. I made a mistake by clicking the wrong option. Not sure weather to slate TravelUp or Sky scanner the most. Ill go with Travel Up as the member of staff ive just spoken to was one of the rudest people ive ever experienced. I have never seen a positive comment from a bonafide customer of Travel Up. I am currently in the middle of taking legal action against them, on completion I will attempt to get ATOL to strip them of their licence if it's the last thing I do.

I booked return flights to Dubai with TravelUp through SkyScanner. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. Had a message to ring them back on my answerphone saying that the flights Id booked didn't actually exist and if i wanted to go ahead Id need to pay an additional £90 per person. I looked on SkyScanner again and funnily enough they were still being advertised. Tried to contact them but no response.
