Advertise Items that they do not have in stock for a price that you will go for. Continue to move the Estimated Delivery date forward whilst they shop around to get you the goods at a price that enables them to make money on as they have offered the goods to cheap.Then cannot fulfil the order and you are left in the lurch. “Really Hard Work to Deal with”

I ordered a new set of irons but the order was out on hold which I did not realise. This was so that they could push their custom fit service which require two measurements hight and fingertip to floor which costs £30. I gave and a agreed to this but you need to pay this separately. I am still waiting for this to be sorted and do not have the clubs. Price was good with a good discount but I have still to see the product. i had this "custom fit" when i ordered a set of irons due to my height (6'5") when the golf professional at our club actually checked the clubs he said they were perfect for a player who is 5'8".

Don't waste your money !!!

“A mess”

Just one thing: Avoid it! They put things up for sale whereas they do not have it in their stock!!! They promise a delivery within 4-5 days, but you can expect 1 month if you buy something they don't have in stock... Very disappointing when I try to call the customer service. I have a different version each time I talk to someone else. They seem lost. I purchased a quick fold trolley about 15 months ago from uK direct when bracket and strainer snapped off. I took it back to walsall shop to get it repaired but they could. “Avoid at all cost!! The worst online shopping experience!”

Ordered 3 sets of wedges over three months ago. It didn't just never arrived but they never gave me any notice. After a few emails and over seas telephone calls ( I am resident in France), I finally managed to get hold of a person at after sales team. “Golf pro's or not so clever sales pitch?”

I am a little concerned that the Direct Golf store managers are being pushed to sell certain clubs and will gain extra commission or incentives as a result. I don't have a problem with this unless the information I have been given by one of the pro's is genuine. I have just bought a club from them today and felt they were guiding me down the path of buying a John Letters wedge with a graphite shaft. I ordered 1 club, 1 lob wedge, it came with a loft of just 46 degrees as against 60. after two weeks of struggling I finally got a response by contacting John Letters directly, who managed to reply within an hour solving the problem and replacing wedge with a better one at same cost so I Agreed. “Not good at handling faulty goods.”

The first problem was the non delivery of a driver I purchased. They informed that i needed to sign for the delivery and I duly booked time off work to be home when it arrived. I rang a couple of times to ask on the day at what time it would be delivered DG said it was on its way. At 5:00pm i rang again and they said there was a problem with the delivery company. “Poor service”

Have bought plenty of equipment here but it is the only online store which has close to zero service after your order is made. Many times i have contacted them to ask for outstanding orders, or remind them to process the order or even made sure they send it to the address indicated on the order. So far they have failed in every aspect. The only time they reply fast is if they can sell you something after inquiry. Direct golf are currently using my yodel to handle their deliveries unfortunately both these companies must have the same phone company. Both these companies advertise numbers that can not used.
