“Slow customer service and they use City Link”

I recently tied to order a bike from Wiggle with no success. Wiggle use City Link, and herein lies the problem. City Link are incompetent and dishonest. My bike spent several days languishing in the City Link 'network' before a couple of 'failed' delivery attempts. I was in both times. I contacted Wiggle Customer service - and here is another problem. They have no call centre, so you have to rely on email to get a reply. This can be very slow. I have a similar issue. The bike is with Citylink according to the tracking but as I can email Wiggle and they only email Citylink I currently have little confidence I will receive it.

Catcake, if you paid by credit card I would phone your credit card company and ask them to chargeback the amount you paid. Wiggle then have to prove to your credit card company that they have delivered the goods to you.

“What a chaos ”

I put an order and paid it with my credit card. The goods were advertised as available within 3-7 days. Obviously the couldn`t or wouldn`t deliver. Yesterday, after 20days of waiting, i was informed by Wiggle that there is a problem with my credit card. After several emails forth and back and to make the story short, my bank told me, that Wiggle produced such a chaos, that they`d to block the transfer. “Slow and Unorganized”

This has been the most exhausting experience for ordering an item online. My order was cancelled for no apparent reason, they said there was problems with my card but when I contacted my bank they told me the merchant never tried to charge it, so I think what happened was they ran out of stock for my item and didn't want to admit the error on their part. “Do not even bother...”

How else can I put it? I have tried to order from them twice now and both times they cancelled the order (for no apparent reason) and could not be arsed to inform me. They did, however, go ahead and charge my credit card both times. It has been a few weeks now and I have yet to receive a response telling me they are working on a refund. As above, but the bike arrived with a check sheet stating what had been checked as safe - clearly this had not been adhered to as the build quality was s**t. I had to take it to a proper bike shop to get minor things corrected. But to be fair, wiggle paid my bill… Read Full Review

“Beware - they use City Link!”

Having previously had decent prices and fair service from Wiggle, I was very disappointed when I waited in all day for an order and it didn't turn up as promised. When I checked the tracking link my heart sank: City Link! The note said 'tried to deliver, nobody at home, card left' - all of which was untrue. This is not the first time I've had this experience of City Link. Order has not shown up for the second time. They have no contact telephone number. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Basically if you are foolish enough to order from these fools expect to be waiting a long time. i purchased and paid for a bike that was in stock from wiggle 26 days ago with a usual dispatch date of a couple of days and despite numerous emails and a weekly promise that "its ready for dispatch" i have still yet to receive this item , unfortunately there is no phone number to speak to somebody so you can only email them , which to be fair to wiggle they respond to quickly , but , there answer is always the same " we will chase it up with workshop " and then the next email is that its ready… Read Full Review

“Very slow”

I ordered a bike on Saturday which said that it was in stock and would be ready in 2-4 days. After checking on the website on Wednesday it said not yet processed so I emailed them to ask what was happening. 24 hours later I get an email back saying that the bike is not built and will be another 5-7 working days before being dispatched. This will therefore be 2 weeks from order to dispatch which is terrible especially as the bike was "in stock" on their website. Poor customer service so far and… Read Full Review

There are few things wrong with wiggle - I love the present you get when the package arrives and I like how quick and easy it is to order from them. I've also been on one of the rides which was amazingly well organised. Overall this is the type of online company I think others should be looking at when trying to compete. The only thing they could do is bring their prices down a bit but I wouldn't want to sacrifice the great service I've had from them… Read Full Review

Honestly can't fault the website.... Can't really understand some of the negative reviews on here judging from my own experience. I have to say I never pay for extra fast delivery on any site and find it a sign of petulant childishness one can't wait a few days for free.... Hence perhaps some of the petulant irritation on here. “Terrible Customer Service”

I have placed two orders with this shoddy outfit and will not be placing a third. Both orders took at least 4 working days despite showing as being in stock and paying extra for priority despatch. If the emails I received from them were accurate the delay was in getting them dispatched not the postal service. The first order had the correct items but the wrong sizes and it took almost 14 days to get my money back so I could buy them elsewhere (wiggle were now showing them as out of stock). “Fake priority despatch robs your money for no benefit”

Don't bother with the priority despatch, save yourself the £3.99 and buy yourself a pint, safe in the knowledge that you've just enjoyed a beer for free and received your order in the same amount of time. They claim 2 working days, I received mine after 4. They kept insisting that the order had been despatched according the priority "guidelines". I ordered an item and two weeks later still had not received. When I contacted custoemr service I just go a one liner back "you don't have an account". As I did express checkout and didn't create an account this was not a surprise. When I respondd with further information they just didn't bother responding.
