I am sorry to hear that you have been disappointed by our sale and feel like you missed out on further reductions.

Unfortunately our prices are subject to change. On this occasion the price went down but we can not always guarantee that this will be the case which is why we do advise our customers to place their orders as soon as possible.

We do try to send out orders as quickly as possible to minimise the waiting time for customers and I apologise that this meant that you could not cancel your order.

However in cases like this we would usually suggest sending the order back once you receive it and placing a new order for the item at the reduced cost.

“Site prices not competitive - only gripe!”

I have used Wiggle many times in the past (last order number 6211246733). I find the only gripe with Wiggle is that site prices are not competitive. For example, on Christmas day I ordered a pair of Shimano Xtr M988 Disk brake lever and PM callipers but I went with a competitor because Wiggle was priced at 168 (each brake) and the competitor was 126 (each – Chain Reaction with 10 pound Discount code). Wiggle themselves are great, cheap, with a wide variety of items, the items ship on time and I've never had a problem with anything I've I've bought from them so I can't comment on customer service. “Failed delivery poor cx service still waiting 10 days...”

Ordered goods on the 17th December with quoted 2 days delivery. 2 days later they hadn't even processed the order . I had to email them to find out why and apparently some items I ordered were out of stock. Various emails over the next 10 were sent to try and establish what they would do and when I would get my equipment. “failed to send order out before christmas”

“Used to be great, no more :(”

Used to be the best! May be prep for IPO, but price structure has changed making the great deals they used to have history. Customer service will not bend on anything regardless of loyalty which is sad - I've really tried to give them my money! Other ebay stores (new, buy-it-now) are cheaper and they will not price match. We do try to make sure that all of our products are priced competitively and we do offer a price match service. If you do find an item cheaper somewhere else then please let us know so that we can look into matching it for you.

“Outstanding Online Shop”

Wiggle seems to cop a hiding in these reviews, but my experience has been the exact opposite. Over numbers of orders and thousands of dollars worth of goods I've never encountered a serious problem (this is over a few years now). The only issue with an order has been an item that was out-of-stock and put on back order, but since the product line ended could never be replaced. Found a bike I liked. 4 in stock. 4-6 days to process or so the web site says. What can go wrong. Well 12 days later its still not here. I have recieved an email and replied but they still have not processed my order. No customer service what so ever. When there is a problem they should call the customer. Unfortunately the bike may have been out of stock and this would have caused a delay. At Wiggle we are aware that our communication between customer and stock availability needs to be improved. “shop from any bike stores but not wiggle”

I have put 5 orders so far, regretted and had problems for all of them. Once you put the order there is no way to cancel it or change anything in it...in the last one i put my office address for the delivery by mistake and sent them a mail right after that but they didnt change it and delivered it to the office. If we have items in stock we aim to process the order as quickly as possible so our customers can receive their orders without delay. We understand how disappointing it is to place an order and have to wait a day or two before it is processed so we try very hard to avoid this.

We do have a 'cancel' button that can be found on the order within your Wiggle account. This means that if you notice that the order is wrong you can cancel it before it enters our system and cannot be amended. Hopefully you are able to use this service on future orders to avoid any further inconvenience.

Our customer service team are dedicated to assist customers in the best way possible but sadly there are occasions where orders have progressed too far or have even been dispatched before we get to them. “Still waiting ”

Having ordered an paid for a bike on the 10th of September I am still waiting for the order to be processed. The website advertises a 4-6 day lead in to shipping time being usual. I have been waiting 21 days. I emailed after 10 days and was advised via email that it would be shipped either 'today or tomorrow'. Still waiting. No replies to more recent emails. “Failure on the first order”

Ordered an expensive bike. 10 days after my order was still "being processed" contacted the shop. No reply. Contacted them through their chat, was promised to get a reply via e-mail, but this never happened. Contacted through their messaging system, got a reply that the bike I ordered "was discontinued". Nobody bothered to contact me about that before and nobody reimbursed me (1700 Pounds). Still can't get them back. “Poor return policy, slow”

Only use wiggle if CRC doesn't have the part and regret it almost eve time. Very slow to arrive can take upto 3 days. Took a week and 3 emails on one order to be told its not in stock. Had to return an item, was told can only return if the packaging is in resell as new condition, but Wiggle jammed the front meg with box with a 52 tooth ring that damaged the box. Had to sell it on ebay to recover some money. I only use Chainreaction now… Read Full Review

“Don't shop there, it's a disaster!!!”

I ordered, among many other things, a backpack with water reservoir, which was "free" (the reservoir). Confirmed on chat that I will get reservoir as one of comments was that it never arrives. Did not get it anyway. Emailed the shop, 7 days no answer. Wrote a critical review about the product - it was rejected by the shop. The whole shippment was supposed to take 3-4 days, took 8 (I did pay 24 GBP for this!). Don't shop there!… Read Full Review

“Worst customer service I've encountered - avoid at all...”

I ordered a Felt Z4 from Wiggle and after about 17 miles of riding (ie two days later), the right pedal fell off - the thread on both the pedal and the crank had worn out. “we the people for £300”

i bought wethepeople bmx for my son .. it was last years model but in black , looked much better than 2013 model and £200 cheaper .so far so good .. bike arrived and just needed wheels and pedals put on . unfortunately the tyres were out of shape . i took wheels off , deflated tyres and re inflated . the tyres must have delated and having been sat for a year the tyres had lost there shape . so now i had a 15 year old son who was not happy . then found 2 tyres were £50 .ouch ! contacted… Read Full Review
