The online order system is a JOKE. I ordered my items on Friday 24th of January at 7.20am ( cut off for Saturday delivery is 7pm). Not only did my order not arrive; getting in contact with them is a complete nightmare. It seems that when you chose a category for your email they send an automated reply based on that. When you order online they automatically add a catalogue for £1 why do i need that when i'm ordering online therefore can see everything online. you can remove it but you have to remember to do so. Also our delivery was a present direct to the persons house, but they used yodel and the delivery said delivered but it wasnt. “No delivery, no refund - outrageous ”

I ordered items from sportsdirect totalling over £200. After not receiving the items for two weeks when they were due, I contacted sportsdirect and apparently the items were delivered to my neighbour. This was a complete fabrication and the name of the person that apparently signed for the order didn't correspond with anyone that lives near to my home, moreover they were not able to provide an address or signature for who the items have been left. Same thing has just happened to me. They have refused to refund my money. I plan on calling them every day until they refund my money. I am also planning on contacting watchdog & i suggest that you do the same.

"The company is very SSSStupi-d. They used DHL, every expensive courier, to ship but they are unwilling to buy packing boxes. I received my items packed simply in a plastic bag! “Products cheap.. but that's it.”

I've ordered twice. Had the goods sent to Spain for just 5 euros, is cheap! Most of the items are cheap apart from some of the more highly priced goods, which are the same price elsewhere, so ignore the exaggerated mark down price! I do though have a problem with their review system which doesn't actually allow you to leave any type of review which is not full of praise such as 'best product in world' type review. I purchased a polo shirt as a gift, I noticed that there was '2' additional items added to the order. one of the items was a cup and the other a magazine and charged me an extra £1 for. “Undelivered and cant contact anyone!!!”

I paid for next day delivery to receive my goods on the Tuesday - Friday I am still fighting to get my parcel, the delivery company (YODEL) have not even tried to deliver it and its one excuse after another saying its because I haven't put a company name on the delivery address even though a unit number is on there. I thought at £2.50, you couldn't go wrong, but on inflation it's so out of shape it's not even usable. My order was dispatched and according to tracking was on the delivery van but no guarantee of delivery for a further two days. Waited in all day, phoned delivery firm Yodel and was told the parcel had been returned to depot because it had been put on the wrong van.
