“Absolute Joke”

Avoid this company.would have given zero stars but no option to. Ordered a mini kit for my nephews xmas on 16th december but they sent the wrong size so after numerous emails finally got a freepost address to return item too and asked them to send correct size.. received the kit today and once again have sent wrong size out. once is a mistake but twice is a disgrace. telephone number is having technical difficulties. so i now have to wait till someone gets back to me so i can return the items… Read Full Review

“Sent me the wrong size trainers”

I ordered three pairs of trainers and they sent me two pairs of the wrong size! I managed to get a credit note for one pair (but not a refund) but the store wouldn't take the other pair as the trainers were a different size to the box. “Poor quality”

After purchasing a pair of karrimoor walking boots I went out walking for the first time with friends, on returning home I found that both boots had split the stitching at the heel ! These boots were £70 and unfortunately I no longer have the box to return to store . To be fair, the staff are often zoned and are not supposed to leave their zones. They were most likely also under pressure to complete a million and one tasks, to hit KPI targets and such, they get little to no training and to add to that, are almost always understaffed. So whilst it is easy to complain about staff, I think the fault lies with the company and those higher up. The company cares neither about it's employees nor customers and only about making money.

I do agree with most of this, However, since when does anyone need to be trained in general politeness/courtesy, majority of staff rude not only on the telephone but in store. think they are trained not to apologize!

I've always received the correct items with no problems at all and all at a very reasonable delivery speed. I live in Ireland and always pay for standard delivery and always receive my order between the standard 3-5 working days. If you order from Soorts Direct.com and receive your order correctly then the products are a good price HOWEVER if there is even one tiny problem the nightmare begins. There is no telephone number anywhere on their website - so you have to email your problem - and they take an average of 4 days to respond.
