Really disappointed overall. Samsung support in my area is 1 person. Told that parts are not held in UK stock, even though my appliance is less than 2 years old - complete disaster.

My Samsung RS21 Fridge Freezer worked ok for twelve months then the fun started, freezer packed up and it took five weeks to get it repaired, three weeks later the fridge packed up another three weeks to get it fixed, worked for one week then broke again and it sounds like someone useing a hammer dr ...

Would not buy another Samsung after this RS21 American style Fridge Freezer. Freezer OK, Fridge not. Temperature rises to 15 degrees. Bottom of fridge ices up. Samsung "Help" desk is not at all helpful.

The Samsung RS21 is an awful product. Saw it on watchdog on the BBC. I can't rely on it to stay cold and it's a fridge!
