Won 3 times never had a problem withdrawing money previous to these 3 times then all 3 times I'm declined it bounces back to Mecca account with only £14.15 in the account each time. I first won £20 then £80 then £50 so you can imagine having 14.15 bouncing back each time is infuriating then I tried withdrawing the £14.15 that bounces back also it's the same card I'm putting money on with, does not make sense. I recently booked a surprise party at Hartlepool. I made a mistake when booking and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.
