We booked thorugh Jet2.com holidays and stayed at the Paradise Park Hotel in Los Christianos. The accommodation was great, with super meals and great entertainment for all the family. The team in the kids club are very enthusiastic and go out of their way to make sure everyone has a good time.
Our flight times were ideal with a 8.30am departure and 2.30pm returning home. This makes a big difference and is ideal particularly if you are travelling with children.

Jet2 cancelled my holiday 5 weeks before I left as they overbooked the hotel!!!! very poor customer service. I asked for the dates tobe changed as I had my heart set on that specific hotel however they told me I would have to pay £186 extra for their mistake! they offered us 1 alternative the Pineta Park Deluxe which is a lower star and has none of the facilities the Green Nature resort and Spa has. Last summer we flew Jet2holidays to Lanzarote and we had a great time, myself and my partner were after a last minute cheap holiday travelling from Leeds Bradford airport with reasonable flight times! All the boxes were ticked and we stayed in the old town. Date 09/12/2010 destination New York (Big Apple) objective shopping. 09:00 flight departs Leeds cabin crew really good put us all in the right frame of mind for the flight. We went to the Tossa beach hotel in Tossa de mar, with jet2 in October. The flights there and back were fine no problem and the staff great. The holiday itself was a total disaster, hotel was clean but the food was diabolical, staff were rude, no balcony in the room even though their website says all rooms have balcony or terrace. After a change of Hotel to; Tivoli Carveiro on the Algarve, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with how everything eventually turned out:
Jet2 phone operators(especially Kieron) Jet2flights,transfers and the Tivoli Hotel....excellent in all ways. Friendly helpful staff,good food, scenic location, we could not have asked for better.

Again I had a fantastic holiday with Jet2Holidays. Being local to Leeds Bradford airport they are the perfect company for me to use. I have always found the prices extremely competative and you just cant fault the flight times from Leeds Bradford and the fact you get 22kgs luggage on every holiday is excellent. This was the first time I had used Jet2holidays and I really couldn't fault any of it. I went on holiday with my best friend to celebrate finishing our exams last summer. Can't fault Jet2 as an airline and good value,but my holiday at the Kharamana hotel, Sharm El Sheik was definatel a holiday from hell,and I can speak for all the other Brits that were there at the same time as myself. Can't say the rooms were dirty but in desperate need of maintenance work.IE

Booked our holiday with jet2 holidays to go to benidorm avenida apartments on may 16th 2010.

We have just returned from Tunisia, couldnt fault the Jet 2 flight, excellent. However on arrival 1 hour for transfer to leave, overbooked at hotel and tried to move us. Wow looks like we aren't the only ones. We booked accommodation in Corfu which was totally geared for little children. Told couple of days that the hotel was overbooked. They tried to put us in a hotel that was completely unsafe for little ones and was just awful, took ages for them to find alternative accommodation. First time booking with "low cost airline" but the saving was huge (£500) compared to thomson, so thought I'd give it a shot.
