After a change of Hotel to; Tivoli Carveiro on the Algarve, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with how everything eventually turned out:
Jet2 phone operators(especially Kieron) Jet2flights,transfers and the Tivoli Hotel....excellent in all ways. Friendly helpful staff,good food, scenic location, we could not have asked for better.

Again I had a fantastic holiday with Jet2Holidays. Being local to Leeds Bradford airport they are the perfect company for me to use. I have always found the prices extremely competative and you just cant fault the flight times from Leeds Bradford and the fact you get 22kgs luggage on every holiday is excellent. This was the first time I had used Jet2holidays and I really couldn't fault any of it. I went on holiday with my best friend to celebrate finishing our exams last summer. We managed to find a really good last minute deal for four nights in the sun from Leeds Bradford. The flight times were great and we had no trouble finding the transfer rep at the airport. Can't fault Jet2 as an airline and good value,but my holiday at the Kharamana hotel, Sharm El Sheik was definatel a holiday from hell,and I can speak for all the other Brits that were there at the same time as myself. Can't say the rooms were dirty but in desperate need of maintenance work.IE

Booked our holiday with jet2 holidays to go to benidorm avenida apartments on may 16th 2010.

We have just returned from Tunisia, couldnt fault the Jet 2 flight, excellent. However on arrival 1 hour for transfer to leave, overbooked at hotel and tried to move us. They told us they had told Jet 2 there were no more rooms but they kept sending them. Tunisian rep didnt turn up on my insistence when I got him on the phone he turned up next day. Wow looks like we aren't the only ones. We booked accommodation in Corfu which was totally geared for little children. Told couple of days that the hotel was overbooked. They tried to put us in a hotel that was completely unsafe for little ones and was just awful, took ages for them to find alternative accommodation. First time booking with "low cost airline" but the saving was huge (£500) compared to thomson, so thought I'd give it a shot. Having read all the bad reviews I was very pessimistic but I can honestly say we had no problems whatsoever. “Just returned from Majorca. The flight was delayed by...”

Just returned from Majorca. The flight was delayed by 9 hours (without a word of apology from anyone) and the return transfer coach didn't pick me up. So I was left stranded and had to get my own taxi to the airport at a cost of almost 50 euros.

The snag with Jet2 is that it isn't a proper package holiday company and there are no resort reps. They just book the individual components for you. If something goes wrong you're left to sort it all out yourself… Read Full Review

We booked a week in June to Turkey, flight ok and on time, upon arrival at hotel found that Jet2 had over booked, we had to ring Leeds as there was no rep in the resort, and were told to 'just get a taxi' to the alternative hotel, fortunately the hotel manager came to our aid and arrange the transfer bus to come back and collect us. Having arrived at Leeds/Bradford to check in we were informed that our plane had been cancelled because another flight needed our plane then some minutes later were were informed that our plane had a technical hitch and we were booked on another flight 24hrs later ! Took a 1 week all inclusive package to Tunisia in June 2010 (Hotel El Mouradi Palm Marina). No rep on Airport arrival,1 hour wait on coach plus 1 hour 15 min. transfer via 12 hotels, no rep on coach or at 4/5 star hotel. Rooms not available on time, given ground floor room with view of brick wall(what sea/pool view!). Don't bother - choose another holiday company. This is the first and last time booking with Jet2 Holidays. I must point out that we haven't been on our holiday yet but were all set to go to our chosen hotel in Lanzarote in 10 days time. Very good value for money, Jet2 Holidays.com very easy to use, no problems with flights and apartments were of a good standard. Would use again. Check in easy, staff friendly, flight very smooth, apartment clean and fully equipped. After listening to a completely irrelevant message for 2.5 minutes, I was told my a member of staff that they were unable to help unless I was paying in full at that time.
