The thing I don;t like is when all correct data is sent, one still can,t get on to manage my booking;s, also the contact number at option 6,as one spends at least 10 minutes waiting on reply but usually no reply I don,t think this is good customer service !!!… Read Full Review

this hotel has had some unfair bad reviews criticising food etc we found food quality and choice good and the hotel overall good some staff were not as friendly as could be particularly the restaurant greeter saturday and sunday lunch and evening meal one during week very pleasant. some staff i feel came across as not too friendly but this was due to language difficulties but they did smile !!… Read Full Review

“Customer Service - what customer service”

Travelled last August with Jet 2 and never never again. I am only just getting responce from them regarding complaints because I contacted ABTA. We were given wrong details for our transfer to resort from their "reps" at Airport along with many others causing delay, Once at the hotel which we had booked specifically for its location we were told we were in a sister hotel further out and up a hill, a two bed appartment that was booked was not available and were given a 1 bedroom appartment… Read Full Review

i was on the jet 2 plane last july when the engin was on fire and have wrote to jet 2 for a explanation only to be fobbed of with rubbish they say arrive happy well i will never fly again because of that experiance not even a letter to explain what went wrong… Read Full Review

We booked last minute with Jet2 Holidays for my wifes 60th as a surprise one week in the sun. Booked on-line Price and location we secured a great deal and chose flight seats and requested Rooms with view. We do lots of holidays and cruises and have to say from start to finish Jet2 far exceeded our expectations . The flights were comfortable i.e "no frills Jet2" with slim line seats so you get lots more leg room. “holiday to ibiza”

We arrived in Ibiza on 12th SEP 20011 to find no transfer buses to take us to our Hotel Coral Beach due to a strike (not jet2 fault) so had to get a taxi 40euros I paid the transfer cost to jet2 When we arrived at the hotel it had been overbooked so we where carted off to another hotel until 16:00 hours the next day in affect losing 2 days of our holiday. when we finally got to the hotel I paid for (all inclusive) the food for the best part was really bad (not jet2s fault) we had to eat out… Read Full Review

“would not book a holiday again”

Four of us two 15yr olds and two adults booked i week in ibiza, req a pool view (which we didnt get)and on a higher floor (which we didnt get either) flight rough lots of drunk young men but staff stil still sold them more drink, when arrived nobody could find the bus to to take us to resort, at hotel no rep had to ring to find out what time we were geting picked up for the 45min transfer, we arrived at the airport 2hrs later after picking up from all over the island, the air con on the bus did… Read Full Review

“Once Bitten........”

TWICE SHY We travelled to Majorca with Jet2 in Jone 2011, the flight there was basic, but fine. When we arrived at the airport, we had to queue at their desk, when we got to the front the girl couldn't find our booking reference on her system, but directed us to the queue for the buses. This second line must have been about 150 people long, we waited while the computers were rebooted and eventually got to the front, again they had no record of our booking, despite me having all the vouchers… Read Full Review

Just trawling through the website for a last minute getaway before the summer season started, I came across Jet2 Holidays offering a late deal to Majorca, after flying with them a couple of times to Tenerife (booked hotel separately), I thought I would give the package holiday a go, as I had never been to Majorca before. We booked thorugh Jet2.com holidays and stayed at the Paradise Park Hotel in Los Christianos. The accommodation was great, with super meals and great entertainment for all the family. The team in the kids club are very enthusiastic and go out of their way to make sure everyone has a good time.
Our flight times were ideal with a 8.30am departure and 2.30pm returning home. This makes a big difference and is ideal particularly if you are travelling with children.

Looked at booking flight with jet2.com to Tenerife april 2011.spoke to agent,who asked why we were not booking whole package with them.I replied that the hotel-the arona gran,if booked direct with them,give a free taxi service to/from airport(check it out at spring hotels).I did not want the shuttle service with jet2.com. agent said that jet2 would knock us £40 off the holiday if we did it all with them and we could then get our own taxi.I agreed and said I would ring back the next day to book… Read Full Review

“Jet2 cancelled my holiday 5 weeks before I left as...”

Jet2 cancelled my holiday 5 weeks before I left as they overbooked the hotel!!!! very poor customer service. I asked for the dates tobe changed as I had my heart set on that specific hotel however they told me I would have to pay £186 extra for their mistake! they offered us 1 alternative the Pineta Park Deluxe which is a lower star and has none of the facilities the Green Nature resort and Spa has. Hi I went with my husband to calas Mallorca and stayed in the sol calas Mallorca the hotel was poor and we were told we could choose from 3 different hotels but 1 had caught fire and the other is gettin demolished so it left us one and the lounge where u eat buffet had sheets down on the ground to catch the water and nothing to do at all there only a few shops so I would not advise anyone to go here or be reccomended to jet2 as there selling this holiday and saying that it has 3 hotels to… Read Full Review

Last summer we flew Jet2holidays to Lanzarote and we had a great time, myself and my partner were after a last minute cheap holiday travelling from Leeds Bradford airport with reasonable flight times! All the boxes were ticked and we stayed in the old town. Date 09/12/2010 destination New York (Big Apple) objective shopping. 09:00 flight departs Leeds cabin crew really good put us all in the right frame of mind for the flight. Plane & toilets kept clean all through the flight, on board food excellent. The takeoff, flight & landing were excellent both ways. Transfer to Radisson Lexington Hotel OK. We went to the Tossa beach hotel in Tossa de mar, with jet2 in October. The flights there and back were fine no problem and the staff great. The holiday itself was a total disaster, hotel was clean but the food was diabolical, staff were rude, no balcony in the room even though their website says all rooms have balcony or terrace. After a change of Hotel to; Tivoli Carveiro on the Algarve, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with how everything eventually turned out:
Jet2 phone operators(especially Kieron) Jet2flights,transfers and the Tivoli Hotel....excellent in all ways. Friendly helpful staff,good food, scenic location, we could not have asked for better.
