We have not visited Portugal before but did not expect what we found in the old town. “Terrible customer service”

I purchased a 7 day all inclusive package but discovered that due to flight times and the hotel check out policy on the last day I will only be getting 5 days of all inclusive access. Spoke to 2 pleasant advisers who agreed this didn't seem fair and would contact the hotel but then didn't get back to me. I finally spoke to an adviser today who was vey off hand. Arrived back at Manchester airport after a package holiday with jet2holidays. I was with an older lady with walking difficulties and the escalator was switched off, straight away 3 jet2 reps came to assist without asking for any help. The gentlemen of the 3 called the airport staff to turn escalator on and help with luggage, got us a wheelchair and assisted us straight to the taxi. “Our holiday to Ibiza”

We returned on 29th May from an excellent holiday to Ibiza with Jet2holidays and would definitely recommend them. Despite a delay of just under 3 hours , due to French traffic controllers, it was an excellent flight, the service was really good. There was plenty of room in the seating areas which added to our comfort. “Get your "board" right with Jet2 Holidays....!!!”

Booked a family holiday on behalf of a client then subsequently offered them the opportunity to add breakfast to the cost as it was only an additional £75. When we went to upgrade the board basis they wanted to charge an additional £40 to amend it. What a cheek ! Talk about "disproportionality" !! I unfortunately made a massive mistake booking a holiday with Jet 2. The holiday was for 10 nights to Lanzarote in what can only be described as a hovel of a hotel. The food was disgusting, the place was filthy and best of all the swimming pool had human faeces in it. After the in resort rep AGREED IT WAS FILTHY, they agreed to move us, however this took 5 days. Just got back from a holiday in Tenerife. The Hotel Noelia player was nice however the food was dreadful (see reviews) It would have been nice if we could of confided in the Rep but alas there wasn't one. She was supposed to be there for half an hour on Mondays but never showed. Jet 2 have flown me to many destinations and flight wise I have no real complaints.
