“Still waiting for a refund”

The actual order itself was fine but my wife didn't want the product, went to the website to register a return, entered the order number, pressed enter, 503 Error, tried again, 503 Error and again, 503 Error. On the 4th attempt it actually accpeted the order no, and asked me how I'd like to be refunded, Paypal, pressed enter, 503 Error, no return number. Tried to enter the Order number again, now it's not accpeted because it's already been used. So, send it back to them without a returns number, that was a week ago, as yet they've not even acknowledged receipt of the item (although UPS managed to take 4 days to return the item due to "an extreme weather event" which was presumably so extreme it failed to register on any weather website). I can't recommend as I'm currently £100 out of pocket due to shoddy web design and non existent customer service.

“Avoid”

I have used this company previously. I ordered over £200 of goods. Received no email to say things had shipped. I opted to use a UPS drop off point as I work during the day. The dedicated agent refused delivery so the package was sent back. I was not informed. Called Yoox who told me they would not re deliver and it would take 6-8 days for a refund. I am still fighting for my money. They were quick to debit my account for the boots yet cannot refund. Disgusted.

“stay away if u dont want to be tricked”

i ordered some yeezy boots, that were discounted to 360 euros for black friday. The size didnt fit, so i asked for an exchange, they emailed me that the size i wanted will be reserved for me. I sent the package back, and today i received an email that my order is cancelled because the size is not in stock anymore, which should've been reserved . i email them asking if its possible to send another colour of the same product, which was available in my size. I receive an email saying that this is not possible and that my size is back in stock and i can make another purchase with the regular price of 580 euros. On the same day they were out of stock then back in stock, suggesting me to make another purchase that wouldve cost me 200 euros more. So convenient , right?? i ve ordered from so many websites before and this never ever happened to me before. SOO dissapointing. such cheap method to gain a few euros. Disgusting !

“Poor customer service ”

Be carful ordering any FINAL SALE items. Especially since the size guide was not accurate. I ordered my size and it was too big. I have bought dresses from the same designer. however, this time cut was totally different. Now I’m stuck with a dress that is too big. When I explained why I chose that size dress and how the size that I chose usually fits, customer service was not understanding. They referred to the return policy. I feel that I was tricked.

“absolutely awful customer service experience ”

his company are absolute RUBBISH. The boots I bought lost the heel tip within an hour of wear and they reassured me I would be reimbursed the cost of repair and a refund of 30% of the cost of the boots. I have spoken to customer care about 7/8 times and each time get someone new who tells me something different. From being told the above to being told I would get 30% of the cost of the repair!! 30% of £9!!!! absolute disgrace. Won't put the call to anyone senior and each person lies to get you off the phone or worse cuts your call off!! The cobbler who mended the boots said the quality was appalling anyway!! He said don't drive in them don't dance in them don't go out in them and laughed and said in fact just send them back!! So after fixing them and yoox have told me they will only refund now the repair I am sending them back but nervous they won't give me the promised refund. The inside sole has also totally rumpled up making them awful to wear. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL !! worst customer service and quality goods ever.

“Atrocious Product ”

The $278 “Escada” chocolate pants were beyond atrocious! Before I removed the pants from the box, I could feel the cheap, rough double knit fabric. When I took them out of the box and looked at the tags, I could not believe it. The tags were torn and completely fake. I simply cannot believe that YOOX is in business. When I called to check the status of my refund, the agent said they were in the process of completing the “quality inspection”. Seriously? I should have read the reviews before dealing with this company, but I was so anxious to get my order in because it was “the last one”. I waited until I received my $270 refund before writing my review just in case YOOX gave me any trouble. Whatever you do, please do not waste your time and money with this company.

“Appalling Customer Service in relation to their error”

Ordered some boots from Yoox, been a customer for 17 years, for a trip away. Boots arrived and are completely different from the product I ordered. Having ordered these boots when a promotion was on it was now going to cost me more to have the equivalent boot as they refused to price match the original product as it was 'not procedure!' Refused repeatedly to put me through to a manager to make a compliant about this policy for their error and expect me to be financially out of pocket for their mistake. So sorry Yoox you have lost a long and loyal customer, luckily I have discovered HEWI London so will be using them from now onward. Will be returning the boots for a full refund when all I wanted was them to exchange the boots for the product I had originally ordered or failing this the exact same boot i a dull leather as opposed to the shiny (this was going to cost me an additional £71!!!) which was a compromise on my behalf as I preferred the slightly shinier leather. Have had issues with the delivery and collection service previously as well, they use UPS which have at times provided a shocking service.

“Not replying to my camplaint of faulty item”

I ordered 3 jackets, purchase worth over 200€ delivered on time but one blazer..which a solid block color came witha fault in the fabric. I wrote to yoox the same day and received an automatic acknowledgement followed by a reply offering a price adjustment if I send a photo.I have sent numerous photos since then but each time there was no acknowledgement email, also sent numerous emails informing of what was happening.RECEIVED NO MORE RESPONSES!!!..

“DISHONEST COMPANY”

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I HAD A CHOICE. THEIR WEBSITE SIMPLY SHOWED A BANNER SAYING 20% OFF OF EVERY PURCHASE AND DISCOUNT TAKEN AT REGISTER. WHEN I PLACE MY ORDEER ON JULY 3RD, NIGHT TIME, GOT VERY FRUSTRATED THAT THE DISCOUNT WAS NOT TAKEN OFF. THOUGHT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH WESITE. JULY 4 WAS A HOLIDAY AND WHEN I CALLED TODAY, THEY SAID THAT PROMOTION WAS FOR JULY 4 ONLY. I ASKED WHY THEN PROMOTE THE 20 OFF AND NOT SAY IT STARTS JULY 4? THEY SAID SHOW US PROOF. LUCKLY I HAD A SNAP PHOTO OF SCREEN AND SEND THEM AND THEY REFUSE TO EVEN OPEN EMAIL OR TALK ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THEY REFUSE THE FACT THAT THEY FALSLY MADE PEOPLE THINK THAT THEY HAD 20 OFF. THEY LOVE TO RIP OFF PEOPLE ANY WHICH WAY THEY CAN. REALLY UPSET THAT AFTER SENDING SNAP SHOT AND PROOF OF THEIR MISREPRESENTATION, THEY STILL REFUSE TO HONOR THE DISCOUNT OR I EVEN ASKED TO CANCEL MY ORDER. THEY REFUSED EVERYTHING. 1st time user buying from Yoox. The delivery turn around time within 1 week the item on receiving identical as shown and the fit perfect. Prior to delivery had a few minor queries whereby help staff were beyond amazing in their promptness in replying and satisfying my queries. Am extremely impressed with YOOX and will continue to use for purchase of items WITHOUT hesitation. Rating out of 5 - 6 out of 5!! Excellent.

“Avoid purchasing through Qantas Online Mall”

I have been a YOOX customer for 7 years, however have stopped due to YOOX commercial arrangements with 3rd parties like Qantas Online Mall, who provide incentives to shop with YOOX, such as Frequent Flyer Points, however do not honour those points when the purchase is made. I have been told the problem is that the Qantas cookie tracking is not reliable, and neither Qantas nor YOOX are at this stage concerned. I have no such problems with purchasing iTunes and Booktopia items through the Qantas Online Mall. YOOX have handled this poorly, and their new customer support since the merger with Net-a-Porter is nasty, which is a good indication of how they view their customers. I would also avoid purchasing anything from Mr.Porter on the Qantas Online Mall, due to the same issues as Yoox.

“Great designer pieces at a fraction of the cost”

I placed my order with YOOX before reading the online reviews. When I saw the online forum, I was immediately stressed as I had spent quite a lot of money ordering Moschino dresses from YOOX at amazing discounts. However, rest assured, the tracking system was fantastic and my order arrived in an amazingly short period over the Christmas break.I love, love, love my dresses, and they are exactly as advertised. Amazing designer dresses at a fraction of the cost. I admit I know the brand sizing well and so they all fit me like a glove. I haven't had any experience with trying to return or exchange items, but I am very happy with my purchases. Great bargains and I would order again in a heartbeat - or when I can save up some more money!!!

SHAM ALERT!! If you're in South Africa, or anywhere outside Europe DON'T even bother making a purchase on this phony website, or should I say con-artists. I've been tricked over €200, nd it seems I'm not the only one being taken for a ride here. They'll cancel your order immediately after purchase nd give you a lame excuse on how their bank has failed to approve your money. Then they'll tell you to wait 2 weeks for the reversal of your money, of which it took them just 2 seconds to charge it into their account. After 2 weeks they send an e-mail confirming the reversal, but your bank knows nothing about any reversal. From then onwards they reject nd ignore all your e-mails nd contact. It's been over a month nd there's been nothing. I know it's hard to believe or even consider what I'm implying here for such a big well-known site, but I'm not the only one who's a victim of this. A lot of people outside EU have been left burned by these phony con-artists. What I will never get from this is, they're such huge, well-known nd highly credited site to be milking other people's money like this, it's not seriously!!

“Disgusting Plastic Garbage”

I recently purchased two pairs of "Made in Italy" ankle boots from Yoox. I was comfortable purchasing from the company based on the information on their website and Yoox being situated in Italy. The website assured that products were authentic. The product description said the boots were leather and leather lined. I looked up the companies the boot were to made the boots and saw that they sell to upscale stores. I figured I was getting last year's or last season's stock at a good price. What I received was garbage. Not worth even the discounted sale price. Junk boots made of plastic, they smell like cheap plastic, look horrible AND after I received them I did some digging and found them on a Chinese wholesale site. Shameful. I called customer service and told them they were selling counterfeit goods. From the reviews online customer service seems to be lacking. Apparently many people receive a fraction of what they are owed when they return goods with many not being reimbursed at all. I'm not impressed. I would not have bought these boots had I known they contained any plastic or synthetic materials as I'm allergic. Yoox is selling counterfeit goods and misleading people with their messaging and product descriptions.

“Two out of Three Is BAD - Yoox”

I've bought 3 items from Yoox. One - A jacket that was supposed to be a US 6 which I had to give to a friend who is US 0. Two -A blouse that was worn for a couple of hours and then hand washed in cool water. It shrank to a doll's size and the side seams developed 2 holes where the seams had not been properly stitched together. Three - a leather purse which was expensive but is fine. I sent Yoox written details and photos; they asked for more photos and written details (!), I sent several photos of the jacket demonstrating how there was not a chance it would button up and yet more photos of my fingers poking out of the holes. Ya-da-ya-da-ya-da - after much discussion they 'compensated' me with $12 for two items that are entirely unwearable. I think their goods do not really represent good value and their customer service policy is very poor and for these reasons I won't buy from them again and do not recommend them at all.

“Worst experience in my life”

So I placed an Order that is for €500. Upon placing the order and confirming I realized a mistake I typed in the address. So on the spot, I tried to contact them and only means I had was an email. So I sent the email with the correction and recieved an immediate confirmation with my amendment. Two days later I receive another email saying they cancelled my order due to an adress mistake and they are refunding me €314! I emailed them back on the spot with a screen shot of their confirmation and asking them to proceed with the order. They reply with an apology mail. I then raise the issue of the wrong refund no one replies. Again. No one relplies. Then finally they do saying that taxes and customs are non refundable!!!! So I'm paying for the price of their negligence and incompetence! And guess what, if you try to contact a person that works there directly (like a sales manager or anyone beyond their stupid customer service) you fail because nothing is announced on their website.
