I have used the Wandsworth Branch many times and I have always found them to give excellent service. One of the members of staff, is particularly helpful. I do use the online order and pick up service as well and I have never been let down yet. Prices are good too. “Excellent, consistent service”

I would like to report the excellent service I encountered recently at the Nottingham, Maid Marion Way store. My mountain bike was booked in for a full frame bearing replacement service on a 2005 Specialized Stumpjumper. The mechanic phoned me directly when the work was completed and talked me through the work he'd done. He had quite a challenge as the main pivot bearings were siezed to the bearings but he succeded! “Fantastic service ”

Great service, shop assistant helped with bike with sizing, picking accessories etc. Told us when bike would be ready. We received an email and call. Collected the bike and went home, my son broke the mud guard off it by accident went back to shop and the assistant help with what we required I found the staff very polite and very helpful. “Basic service processes in need of a complete overhall”

When will Evans invest some real time, effort and money in putting some basic customer service processes in place. I recently put my road bike in for a "silver" overnight service. at noon the next day i received a muffled message from someone who left a telephone number. Turn out it was their workshop, who, after 15-20 attempts at calling then and the number just ringing out i had to call the shop. Went to shop in Hendon to purchase 2 cycles for my sons. Just wanted to say how friendly the member of staff was that served me was very knowledgeable he was about everything that I asked him. I have recently been dealing with the Chill Factore store regarding faulty wheels purchased approximately 8 months ago. It is very rare that people acknowledge an excellent level of care and customer service but I am doing so here. So I brought a £600 Cannondale mountain bike and they were great during the sale, talked about after sale support and servicing. When It came to get my first service they were awful. I recently visited the new Glasgow store and purchased new pair of Cole Mountain bike wheels. To my dismay the wider axles prevented the normal Shimano Rotor centre lock nut from being put on. “Apathetic customer service & faulty product”

Bought a bike from the Brighton branch last week and took it for a spin. After 30 minutes cycling around town the chain came off and became firmly wedged between the gears and the frame, impossible to fix manually on the side of the road, I pushed it back to the shop. It was taken round the back and "fixed". The second day I decided to take the bike further out of town, but the problem with the chain happened again. “Worst customer service”

I decided to buy a bicycle last month, when I went to the wimbledon store nobody bother to help me to o chose the right bi cycle, ther was customer in the shop he show me the product to buy. Dear Evans' staff, Just wanted to commend the person at the Queen's Road shop, Sheffield for wonderful service today-knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and non-patronising. Excellent customer service from the advisor in Customer Services. Placed an on-line order on Friday (2.8.13) and after confirmation email arrived and was unsure if Gore Fusion 2.0 shorts I'd ordered included a liner. Called Customer Services and spoke to her she checked on the system, looked through a catalogue and then Google'd product.
