I have tried to top up my account through sending a SMS message and was charged for as this as expected. Unfortunately Dialtosave did not bother to top up my account and did not reply to my messages. They are thiefs, and I will complain about them. Terrible!

Customer service is very poor. They market the charges as 1p per minute but when you check minutes and allowance it is very different. Poor value for money. You cant check your call history.

Easy to set up initially. Easy to use. Easy to top up. Reliable service. I have been using DialToSave for nearly two years and it has stopped the cost of calling my parents abroad from my mobile as the call is treated as national and therefore comes out of my free minutes.

1ST TIME THERE WAS NO ANSWER AT THE NO DIALED AND IT COST ME 9P 2ND ATTEMPT WAS A SUCCESS

I have used Dial To Save for a few years. I call landlines and mobiles in the Republic of Ireland from Scotland via my mobile. Its works very well. Price per call is very good. No problems. Easy to use. I would recommend Dial To Save.

One time pin to begin, an account enables easy top up when you are abroad, no fuss, no complexities, just dial land or mobile to land or mobile, at the best price. It's got to be good! Very straight forward top up and use. Rates are very reasonable. Can add more numbers to which the credits can be used, so very handy if you need to share out your credits. Would be great for me if the credit period was more then 90days, I think 6 months would be better, since I am an occasional caller, and with the rates this low for my country, I might end up wasting some credit.

Only a couple of problems with getting started on this service. Its not clear that you will receive the PIN number later and not immediately. Also, it wasnt entirely clear which networks you could use this systemn with.

A bit unhappy with the high connection charges for calls to Kenya. Plus even if I get a message that it has not been possible to connect this call, I get a connection charge!
