Great, no problems ordering, Quick to respond. We were kept well informed about the delivery. The appliances were delivered on time, they were well packaged and the delivery men were very friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the appliances and were reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend Appliances Online. My only niggle, probably due to my own ignorance...I later learned that I could have had a reduction in the amount we spent as we were purchasing three appliances at some considerable cost or even a voucher!!!

Appliances on line had the best price for my Beko frost free freezer, so I thought I would suffer from poor customer service or delivery, but no, I received free delivery on the day I chose, this was narrowed down to a 4 hour time slot in the morning of the delivery and then I received a telephone call from the delivery driver giving me a 2 hour time frame. The freezer arrived but was damaged when I unpacked it - OK I thought this explains the great price - but one call to customer services and a very friendly and apologetic agent sorted me out a replacement with next day delivery. The following day same thing with delivery times advised and then they packed away the damaged freezer for me and delivered me a lovely un damaged one. I would recommend appliances online to everyone wanting great service with great prices, delivered quickly.

I'd definitely use Appliances Online again, in fact I already have! I bought a range cooker from them and was so impressed by their pleasant and efficient customer service that when I wanted a cooker hood I didn't bother looking anywhere else. Top marks!

“indesit silver washing machine”

my traking time was 11.45am/12.45pm.it did not arive untill 6.30pm.when it was opened the next day it was the wrong machine.i contacted appliancesonline several times to sort it out being charged at 10p min plus network fees.i recieved an e.mail to say sorry and if i wanted to discuss it further i could on there premium rate line.this episode has caused me time and money and iam not happy. don andrews

This is the second time I have bought an appliance from appliancesonline. The fast delivery and being able to pick a time slot for delivery was why I purchased from them with my first purchase and the second delivery was just as efficient as the first one. I found the delivery guys pleasant and after a quick recce found the best way to get my appliance into position. Last but not least I couldn't find the same american freezer cheaper anywhere else, either on line or in store. I will definately be buying from them again.

Very easy online experience. Had read negative reviews about pressure salesman trying to sell mainatenance cover. Had the call very polite, no pressure although declined offer. Also read reviews about unhelpful delivery people. No problem, OK a smile from them was not going to be forthcoming, but I wasn't paying for companionship, I was paying for delivery. They were efficient and undertook delivery with no problems. Even told me how long I needed to leave the fridge to stand before switching on. Could not fault my experience. When needing other white goods, this will be the first website I look at.

“Beko Stainless electric Oven”

I have had the oven for a few weeks now, It did smell initially when turned on but this was fully expected and you were informed in the manual that this may happen. Overall the oven and grill are excellent, In my opinion the food is cooked quicker and beter with the new oven. The oven is also very quiet once it has warmed up. Just be careful looking into the oven when you first open the door, You can get a blast of very hot steam as the door is opened.

“American fridge freezer”

We are pleased with this purchase. It had to be de-doored to get it through an ordinary doorway - people should perhaps be aware off this. Taking this into account the whole delivery process was excellent. The humidity warning light seems to be on permanently - we don't know if this is normal or not.

Typical, washing machine breaks down just as your daughter says "mum can you wash these so I can take them on holiday?" Appliances Online came high up the list when I searched online and all their prices and reviews were great. Ordering and payment process was simple,I had a new machine delivered the next day and it arrived at exactly the time they said it would. Easy! Would fully recommend them.

I have used Appliances online twice now first time to buy a dishwasher i paid at that time £9.99 for a 4 hour delivery slot, it arrived late i phoned customer services who immediately without quibble refunded the money,the next time i used them was to buy a built in double oven i decided it's not necessary to pay the slot fee as they give you a 4 hour window anyway and if i'd wanted it i could have had it delivered next day i do think the service is excemplary and i would not hesitate in using the company again

Product was 2nd cheapest on the net. Delivery process was excellent...booked date online, company phoned to confirm this. on day of delivery driver called to say 2 hour window. Watch out for after sales who try and sell you expensive warranty policies. Very clever as it appeared to be free initially with the purchase. Not persistent though so just be aware!

Price was competitive and back up in respect of delivery information was excellent in that there were emails and countless phone calls to keep me informed re delivery day, times etc. But these were being to become tedious !!! The delivery was as scheduled and the delivery personnel were very helpful and courteous.

I just bought a dryer from Appliances Online. Although it's too early to have a strong opinion about the machine (seems fine so far), I was very impressed with the service. I had texts for arrival time, calls for arrival time when he set out, and the delivery men were both pleasant and helpful.

I ordered a new cooker recently using the finance system, apparently I did not sign the agreement using the finance so the order was cancelled. Ao.com did not bother to notify me of this. I contacted them and they apologised. If I wanted to reorder the new price was another £30 more, they would not honour the original price. What a disgrace, I am amazed that the reviews rated as high as shown. What should I do?

My experience with AO.com is that for straightforward orders, with no fitting, everything is fine. It is when things get complicated that their service seems to collapse. Ring them again and ask to speak to someone in charge who can resolve your issue. This might work. If the order was cancelled without notifying you then it would seem reasonable for the company to honour the original price. If, however, it was cancelled because of something you did, or didn't do correctly, then you may just have to swallow it. Good luck!

Most manufactures guarantees cover just 12 months, some are 2 years and others can be 5 years parts & labour guarantee. The guarantee is with the manufacturer though, NOT the retailer. My machine broke outside the guarantee period and Hotpoint didnt want to know, but AO.com were extremely helpful when I quoted my right under the Sale of Goods act and they paid for the repair. I highly recommend AO.com.

I can't remember what guarantee was provided, but it will clearly be stated on their website, and I'm sure it's standard stuff. However, I've bought several items from them and none has yet needed any warranty. Prices are good, service is good, products are good. And the founder has just slipped into the Times Super Rich List, so they must be doing well!
